Answer:
You can contact American Standard directly, they should send a repair kit directly to you. American stand has in the past carried a limited lifetime warranty. If you purchased it, the kit will be free.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Still a solid faucet. I actually bought a Delta to replace a 20 year old Peerless faucet, but when I got the box open I was disappointed in its flimsy construction. Took it back and got this American Standard and have been very pleased during the year it's been in service.. It has a smooth modern look without dirt trapping crevices. The brushed stainless finish complements the sink and doesn't show water marks. The valve body is all brass, so that the faucet is very solid when installed. I like the lever action, which allows the handle to stay on the cold side or the hot side when cut off, instead of returning to the center like many single handle faucets. The only criticism is that the spout swivel is a little stiff; however, it has gotten no worse after a year's service. I'd definitely buy it again. April 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Facet We had to buy this facet on a whim, our old one was spraying when you turned it on in places it should have been. We were able to get this one on sale, almost at a steal. This was suppose to be our "just now" facet but we may hold onto it for sometime. The installation was a breeze, the only problem I had was that the lines were too short from the valves to the facet, but other than that it would have been a 20 min project, tops. The facet itself is great and I wouldn't have picked a different one. It may not the "dream" facet, but it is a good one. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it's not the "dream" facet. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by real bargain?? I've decided to replace an old faucet in the kitchen. $68 for faucet sounded like a good deal. Is it? it is if you have a WATERLINE INCLUDED!!! it does not. had to go back next day--got it and installed. works fine BUT trip to the store was unnecessary if water line was already in it . bump the price up 12 bucks and include it--it is still a good deal -- but aggravation of not having all the parts and small print in the instruction "waterline not included" is as big of a turn of as a toy without a battery's. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Finish peels off after 6months This faucet was standard in the purchase of our newly built home after 6 months of daily use the finish is peeling off and it has a leak under the handle. I gave it 2 stars because the handle still looks nice and hasn't peeled apart yet but I am sure it is only a matter of time. Will be replaced very soon. I have only cleaned this with soap and water no harsh cleaners and it has had gentle daily use but is still falling apart. May 23, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good quality, well-made, simple design As a housecleaning professional I see a lot of kitchen faucetts. I bought this product because I've seen it often. It is solidly made, operates reliably, is easily cleaned, and has simple design lines. It was easy to install and has a life-time warranty. You can pay a lot more for design and other features, but this product delivers function and durability for a very reasonable price. May 15, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ceramic ball is great.Ease of installation.Nice appearance I had to replace an old constantly leaking Delta faucet. The previous connection had two reducers to complete the 3/8th final connectionBecause I did NOT want to solder a connection at the wood cabinet I went to HD and the salesperson spent several minutes working out a pressure fitting solution. Installation was then a snap. 5 stars to him. June 5, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Faucet is solid. I bought this faucet, for durability and being stainless steel, I figure it will not rust or break. The price was excellent compared to other faucets available. Looks nice and would have given five stars but this is the first American Standard Cadet faucet I have purchased, and have no way to know if it will last, several years. March 20, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cadet Single Kitchen Faucet We needed a simple kitchen faucet. Wanted the updated Stainless steel look. We installed it 4 days ago and everything seems fine. At this point I would recommend this item. Purchased online so we made sure all parts would be included. When I went to the store all the boxes were taped and I wasn't sure if anything might be missing. June 12, 2010
