Answer:
The 2002.804 is a combination that has a tank with a right hand trip lever. The 2002.014 has a tank with a trip lever on the left hand side. This is as you face the toilet.

Champion 4 2-piece 1.6 GPF Right Height Elongated Toilet Less Seat in White is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 182.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from No issues yet I have two of these toilets that I installed in my house about two years ago. The installation was easy. One of the toilets had a very sluggish flush. I called Customer Support and explained the issue. They had me try a couple of quick tests. They determined that the bowl itself (more specifically the flush holes under the rim) were bad. This could have been a manufacturing defect or damage caused via shipping. They shipped me another bowl. After installing the new bowl, using the original tank and flush valve, the toilet worked perfectly. They are a bit on the loud side, but the flush is quick. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this toilet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent, but no 5-star toilet Great seat height and the bowl stays clean, but just about every time this toilet flushes it locks the 4" flush valve into the up position. If you're into taking off the tank lid and pushing it down manually, you've got yourself a 5-star toilet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features & good water conservation After careful research in 2008 we replaced our 2 1985 toilets with the Champion 4 Right Height Elongated toilets. The height was a welcome change in view of our senior citizen status. The reduced water usage was evident in our monthly water bill and our septic system evaporation bed. The problems we have experienced are the plastic flush lever which we have replaced on both toilets at least once with the replacement parts furnished by American Standard at no cost and the difficulty in cleaning. In spite of these irritating but minor problems, these are the best toilets that we have ever owned and would buy them again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Retirement Necessity Moved into a modern new home eight years ago for our retirement. Our 2 1/2 baths were equipped with stylish low profile toilets. Over the next several years we became disatisfied with the low fush pressure, the short height (ouch), and cleaning the bowl (low height and stain prone porcelain). We replaced all three with the Champion 4. Although I'm in my 60s, a diy install was easy and fast. The ADA compliant height will serve us well and is comfortable for a senior citizen. Maintenance is easy and the flush removes all waste with a single short touch of the handle. I tease my grand kids telling them it will handle 40 golf balls per flush and it just might!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best toilet I've owned This is the fourth toilet I've owned and installed thru the years. The Champion 4 lives up to it's name - Champion. The other toilets were junk compared to the Champion. Sometimes, in the others, it would take 2 or 3 flushes to get everything down. Plug-ups and overflows were not uncommon, and the bowl would often need scrubbing after use. Not with the champion. EVERYTHING goes down with the first flush, and the bowl wash leaves the bowl clean, rarely requiring a scrubbing after use. As others have said, it's a bit on the heavey side, but that just means that it's well built. I would highly recommend this toilet for anyone in need of one. This truely is the best toilet I've owned

Rated 2 out of 5 by from disapointed tank was tough connecting to the bowl so I called c.service and they told me to have someone push down from the top of the tank while tightening bolts. First time I've heard that one. Lid was warped so I called and asked if they could send me another and John told me to take it back to Lowes and have them take another one out of another box. Having some flush issues. Flapper closes to fast for a good flush, John again said its a water saver. Hold the handle down and count to one. Be assured I would not buy another Champion 4 .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more clogs! We just purchased our second Champion 4 to put in our guest bath. We installed our first a year ago in our master suite. We were really interested to see if this toilet would truly make a difference in being clog free - our previous toilets seemed to be plagued by what we thought was bad plumbing. To our delight, the Champion 4 lives up to its claims and we have been clog free since we installed. They are fast to flush and do a complete job, leaving nothing behind! The right height seat level is something we never thought an issue, but we have enjoyed the extra comfort. Without hesitation, I would install this toilet in every bathroom I own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job We purchased ours in August 2007. When we first got it, we noticed the flush was quite powerful. It made a louder noise than our old Kohler which had a very weak flush. But with usage, the noise level went down. Also, the power of the flush has subsided, but not to the point where it doesn't do the job. We are very pleased with the Champion 4, and should we replace another one of our weak toilets, we'll get another one of these American Standard models.
