Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mickie Fantastic toilet!
Purchased this toilet as a replacement for the wrong item Home Depot shipped to me (2 different toilet pieces-tank & base) from original order and am happy with the change! This toilet came with everything all in one box! Included wax ring & seat so we didn't have to purchase those separately! The seat and lid have the easy close feature so there is no slamming down any longer. The toilet is a quick flush mechanism and is very quiet. I love the higher elevation of the seat, being a hip & knee surgery patient. Very happy with this choice!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Neuf350Z Great toilet for the price
I'm in the middle of renovating a bathroom and needed to upgrade my toilet to something that was more efficient and relatively inexpensive. Sometimes inexpensive can mean clogs and I didn't want that either.
After spending a lot of time comparing toilets, I chose this one and I'm glad I did because it's great. Flushes with ease, no clogs and installed very easily.
The seat that comes with it is very cheap, thin plastic, but I do like that it's a soft close lid. Eventually I will probably upgrade the seat, but that's a minor detail.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rich Great Value! Great Finish, Super Flush!!
I checked all the different toilets and reviews. I was more than a little skeptical of any of the 1.28 gpf toilets ability to perform a complete flush and not leave any residue in the bowl, especially since my wife is prone to use quite a bit of tissue! Plug-ups have been a problem in the past, even with our old 3.5 gpf toilets. Well, not to worry! This toilet exceeded all my expectations! Installation was just as described, even without tools. I rarely give reviews, but, I am very pleased with this product. I replaced both of our old toilets with no trouble. Great finish and very well made. Love the 4" flush valve system! Quick and clean. Rebate of $100 off of each toilet by North Georgia Water Authority! Great deal. Could use a better seat, but I still highly recommend this product!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by oleguyinTexas This is a great product for features and price.
Have reviewed several products along lifes ways, but this is my first toilet review. After going on-line and researching brands and features, the reviews on the Champion 4 RH really impressed me. So, off to Plano #539 and purchased one.
The installation could not be easier, simpler, or more sensible in the instructions and graphics. No tools required, amazing and true. Everything went better than you could expect. Then, the moment of truth.......the first flush. Great flush, and it fills so quietly you wonder if it's filling. The seat and non-drop seat/lid combo works great. No more clunks in the night, awakening the Queen. If ever I need to replace another throne here at El Rancho Neglecto, it will be a Champion 4. Yes, I am totally satisfied.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Outstanding flushing power
Can't beat the flushing power of this baby. And when it comes to toilets, that's what counts. Some people have complained that the water tank is tough to tighten down with the included plastic tool. That's by design. They don't want you overtightening the tank because if you do, you'll crack it. My only complaint is the chain that connects the flush arm to the piston-type flush valve had too much slack in it, resulting in a weak flush at first. (My engineer brother-in-law would tell you the extra slack resulted in insufficient "mechanical action.") The chain is tough to adjust while it's connected, so I had to remove it to make the adjustment. Once I removed the slack, the flush was very powerful. No clogs. And believe me, the kids and I have put it to the test.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ronf Flushes like gangbusters
Some time ago we purchased a Champ Max Elongated bowl and were very impressed with the flush. So when the toilet in daughters bath plugged (it was 20 Yr old) we bought a Champ Max Round bowl, which is a better fit in the room. Although the water "spot" is not as large as some others, it's OK and the flush is so powerful that all the stuff goes. It's a little noisy, but not as bad as a pressure tank unit. The round bowl model seems a little less noisy compared to the elongated bowl. The tank fill though is very quiet.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MSC Very disappointed
We bought 2 of these toilets because we thought they were the most efficient and wanted to conserve water. Two months after installing them they started to leak. I replaced the flappers to no avail. Now we are woken up by the noise of the water replenishing the tank in the middle of the night or have to flush twice when the water level happens to be low, defeating the purpose of conserving water. Now I have to call a plumber that charges $125 an hour just to see what's going on. The problem with toilets is that you can't return them (easily) once you've installed them, so now we're stuck with them. If I had known that this would happen I wouldn't have purchased these toilets. I would have kept the 15 y/o units I had before that never gave me any problems.

We purchased this toilet and had it installed by our plumber and we like it very much. Not loud like the one in our guest room. Like the square tank too. For a toilet, it is attractive.
