American Standard Champion 4 Max - indeed it is! I needed a new toilet recently when I remodeled my smallish bathroom and was told by the sales staff this little toilet was not only stylish and compact, it also packs a mighty flush! One press of the handle and the bowl is completely clear! Home Depot is the only store that stocks this model and, for the price, I am completely satisfied. Thank you Home Depot!

Finally made the plunge or at least the last one! This stool lives up to the claims. Should have done this sooner. Did replace the handle with a more stylish and better quality one. Love the soft close feature .

I was worried 1.28 GPF wasn't enough for a toilet to work properly but after having this in an office of 8 people for the last month, we are all convinced this is a great toilet. It is quiet, quick and stays clean. So far it hasn't even hinted that it would clog.

Nice toilet. Bought it because our old toilet was chronically plugging up. This unit performs well. Only problem is it had a manufacturing/quality control defect. The base of the unit should be ground flat. Ours was poorly ground and would not sit flat on a flat surface. Had to hand grind the unit for proper fit.
Next time I will unbox in the parking lot to inspect before driving home.

I installed this toilet about I year ago and have not had one clog. I was leery about the 1.28 GPF and really wanted a 1.6 GPF, but they were not available in my area so I took a chance. I am happy to say the 1.28 has done the job and is saving water !! Some have said they experienced water leaking down into the bowl, this is because they have the water level too high in the tank. The directions say it is to be set 1 inch below the overflow..
TIP: If you want to cheat like I did you can raise the water level to about 1/8 below the overflow, BUT YOU MUST raise the clip holding the bowl fill tube. Otherwise it can act as a siphon and let water drain into the bowl.
This toilet can not be beat at this price. No more plunging!!
