Easy installation. Works great. My only complaint. Very light to almost no coating on the back of tank. I know it won't be seen. But a $500 product should be coated entirely.

This is a very good high -efficiency toilet. The flush water is discharged rapidly and flushes completely.
It flushes almost like a power-flush toilet, but it is not. The flush is is gravity fed. The extra height of the toilet is a convenient feature.
I installed it myself. It was easy, no tools are needed, except maybe to remove the old toilet.. I had to buy a new water line, because the old one was to short to reach this high toilet.
I have seen complaints about the seat. I used an old, satisfactory seat, so I have no knowledge about the provided seat.
I am happy with my purchase and recommend this toilet.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unlucky Lucky me purchased a defective unit.
Purchased this from my local store and installed it right away. Would flush barely ok the first time and a second flush was out of the question. The second flush would actually splash some water out of the bowl. It seemed water would come out of the tank with a lot of force but not drain into the waste pipe fast enough. If you let it sit for about 20-30 min it would flush ok but weak. When I removed the bowl I checked to make sure wax wasn't blocking the waste pipe and it was fine. I Returned it for another brand name and it works fine.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by homeowner Flushes great even with 1.28gpf, but is really too tall.
I'm putting my plunger in the garage after many years when my son used to plug up the toilet. I'm amazed at how much of a difference toilet design can make. The 16-1/2 ADA height, however, is too tall for us. The extra 1-1/2 inches makes it harder to "bear down" when you're trying to do your business. The normal 15" height folds up your body a little more, which is a little better. I have a painful arthritic knee most days now, but don't notice a benefit from the added height. I've read other posts where people seem to think it helps. I believe the original 16-1/2 ADA height was originally designed to help the transition from wheel chair to toilet and back. Anyway, I've somewhat gotten used to the height, and absolutely love the flush, but my wife says the other two toilets have to be something shorter (She's 5-9" tall).
I've read occasional complaints from people about mounting the tank on top of the toilet. A few have had leaks a few have had trouble tightening all the way. I self-installed and didn't have either problem. It's important to note that the foam-rubber gasket has a hex-shaped hole that you have to line up over the hex-shaped nut on the bottom of the tank. You could mash it on any old way and it would do that, but lining up the two shapes probably helps avoid a leak. Having read that some people found it hard to tighten the tank all the way down till ceramic hits ceramic I gave that some attention. I sat on the bottom part (already installed) facing the tank. Leaning on the tank a little, I went back and forth, tightening each side a little at a time, I found it pretty easy to do. Didn't need to get out my socket wrench. The little plastic tightening handles they provided worked fine. I'm not a super muscular guy either. When installing the bottom part I loved the fact that they had little flanges to hold the toilet bolts in place when you first anchor to the floor. The wide plastic nuts with thumbscrews are an improvement to. Good snap down cap. Good instructions. I've never mounted a toilet before, but this went well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sbulsza Awesome flush!
Great toilet. Clean, classic lines. Love the "Comfort" height.
This toilet has the best heavy-duty quick flush of any toilet I've ever used. And no long lasting 'gurgle gurgle blurps'.
Best part: I know I will not have to yell for my husband to plunge the toilet any more!!
