I read where another person returned their commercial/utility faucet because the water could not be used for drinking - is this true for this faucet?

I have an American Standard commercial faucet that is mounted from the back of a commercial sink. There is a square hole inside. We have used a 3/8 key stock and that doesnt work then 1/2 inch is too big. Is there a special tool for this ?

Hello, how is this faucet mounted to a free standing ss sink? Is there a rear escucheon or nut to make the faucet secure to the sink? Thanks

Asked by: Anonymous
It is not mounted to a sink. It would be mounted directly onto the wall.
