I wish this sink deserved 5 stars. It has a great look and could be great, especially if American Standard stood behind its product.
But that is just not the case. After owning for less than 2 months I (admittedly) dropped from a 5" height a small, glass, hand soap bottle in the sink and look what happened! See picture. Can you imagine if that was a pot that may have slipped out of my hand!?
American Standard had no pride in their sink. Two different representatives from the sink/toilet department at AS simply told me "our ceramic sinks can break". They offered no resolution. I have now had to remove the AS sink and I've purchased a sink from NBI Drainboard sinks. They are fantastic, very durable fiberglass sinks. It looks just like porcelain!
Do not buy this sink.
IF you decide to purchase, note the depth at 22" -- if you want this sink to have the "farm sink" feel, you have to design your cabinet to be less than standard depth. Just a heads up.

This is a very large sink that required a custom fitting for my new cabinets. It was worth every bit of extra cost. I have had no problems with cleaning it or any issues with staining. The cost of the sink at Home Depot was drastically cheaper than any other place. I highly recommend ordering this product. Make sure to order the faucet as well.

We installed this sink 3 months ago & I love it! I thought I would want a farmhouse sink but this one fit my kitchen style so much better.

When I received this sink I absolutely loved it. After installation and use, small hairline cracks began to appear. Contacted manufacturer, they requested pictures, which we sent, no reply. Home Depot took action and ordered replacement sink. After a few uses the same problem occurred, small hairline cracks, new ones daily! This sink design is either flawed or shipping from China causes stress on enamel coating.

My wife purchased this sink while remodeling an 1849 New England farm house. It fits well with the style. It is very heavy and I mounted it as a drop in in a well supported counter top. I did not add the support frame as suggested thinking the counter would be sufficient. We installed a garbage disposal being on city sewer. The sink cracked at the drain after 1 year and slowly cracked to both sides. Don't know if it was because of the lack of support or the garbage disposal. The sink is not great if you do a lot of veg. cutting because the sides are so high. I would recommend if installed properly and no garbage disposal.

This Country Kitchen sink should be larger, at least 33 x 22, drop in or undermount, relocate faucets. Has a purpose somewhere. Should replicate Lakeland 33 x 22 large single bowl, scratch and stain resistant, and it would be perfect.
