Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JacqD Just what we needed
We wanted to replace the 1950 Crane sink (lovely pinky-beige color and charming style, but the plumbing couldn't be fixed or replaced anymore--the faucet had to sit on a 45-degree deck). Considered all kinds of options, and decided to stay with something the same size in white to go with the new toilet. The wall-hung installation left the floor space free, just as it had been--important for us because there is now a radiator on the wall below the sink. The sink tipped forward just a bit, so my husband shimmed it, and it's fine. Don't know if that was the sink or the wall. There is a limited amount of space to put things--a drinking glass and a soap pump are about it, so we provided wall shelves next to the sink for other small items.
My only issue is with the back of the deck where the faucet sits. The deck itself is level, but the back "flange" curves up in the middle. I was going to do a tile backsplash, but having to cut a curve in a 6" tile is beyond me, and I didn't want a center grout line. My tile choices were limited because I wanted to continue the look from the tub area. So--no tile. It's a guest bathroom with maybe 4 weeks use during any given year, so how bad can the splashing be?
We are very pleased with our choice. It freshened the look of the bathroom while retaining some of the 1950"s charm.

I can't speak to installation, since I ordered it and the contractor installed it. Looks great in our half-bath. Deep enough to be comfortable, and nicely proportioned

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JoeW product had defect causing installation problems
I was replacing a yellow 1970 American Standard wall mount sink with a new white one (now made in Mexico) in 2014. The new wall mounting bracket was exactly the same as the 43 year old one I had holding the old sink.
Because the new sink's ceramic material was not slightly recessed in the middle of the rear of the sink like the old one; in fact the material had been allowed to extend back past
the top and side rear edges, the rear of the sink would not fit flat on the wall, causing the entire sink to hang down in front.
If you put the new unit on it's rear, on a flat surface, it could rock front to back and side to side. I purchased a second new sink thinking that it might not have these defects but it was just as bad. I picked the best one, modified my wall and used shims to make it work and returned the other one. It's not right but what can you do when faced with such poor quality control.
