Customer Reviews

Fairbury Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Stainless Steel is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 382.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience I bought this and got it installed by a licensed plumber. It had poor flow on hot side right after installation. Pull down was not latching properly either. My plumber performed different tests and concluded product is defective. After talking to customer service, we ended up returning the product and bought a different brand. But it costed me another installation, lost time and hassle. I will never trust American Standard Quality again. We also noticed that product does not have brand name engraved anywhere so if you havent bought it yourself or forgot which brand you did then in case of any complain you cant use customer service and may even end up buying the same bad quality product again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great product but I have leak problem right off the handle I have this faucet installed a year ago and it works great since the day i installed it. Recently I realized water is dripping down off the handle when I turned on the water. I was thinking something is broke or wore out within the inside. I am expecting this is a long lasting product without any problems. I'm not sure if this is a very usual case out there or I am just another unlucky guy. I fell disappointed at this moment for this brand name product. Somebody please share their comments if they have similar experience like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good choice When my old faucet became hard to move left to right in less than 3 years, I decided to replace only with American Standard product because of good past product experiences and great customer service. This faucet i bought it in store for convenience. It is good design and easy to install. It works as good as 3 to 4 times the pricy ones so why spend more and life time warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lasts 2 years, save receipt if you buy Bought the faucet about 2 years ago, recently the gooseneck got loose at the base. Called American Standard. There is no fix, it is an internal defect. If you buy, save your receipt to return when you run into the issue. We didn't, American Standard refused to do anything to fix their problem. I guess they do not want to stand behind their product.

PLEASE READ THIS: After many frustrating attempts to troubleshoot the low flow problem and almost purchasing a new faucet, I read the reviews on this site & learned that sediment in the faucet head is likely the cause. Sure enough, we removed the head, cleaned it, and now it works great. Love this faucet.

Install was almost painless and had everything I needed to get the job done. I will add that the two rubber rings are not the same and I had to reinstall the fixture to swap them around. The skinnier one goes on top and the fat one goes underneath the sink. The hoses tried to crimp themselves as they spun as I tightened them. You have to keep them straight as you tighten them. Overall after install the product is incredibly well made and simple to use. My wife and I love it.

The product was easy to install and is better construction than the Moen faucet I paid 3X as much for and only lasted 5 years before the plastic tubes cracked and started leaking (the tubes meet into a plastic joint that was not repairable). This American Standard faucet has the metal connectors and tubes which should as my grandmother used to say "do me on out" and should only need to be changed when I want to update my kitchen.
