Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 350 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great product but I have leak problem right off the handle I have this faucet installed a year ago and it works great since the day i installed it. Recently I realized water is dripping down off the handle when I turned on the water. I was thinking something is broke or wore out within the inside. I am expecting this is a long lasting product without any problems. I'm not sure if this is a very usual case out there or I am just another unlucky guy. I fell disappointed at this moment for this brand name product. Somebody please share their comments if they have similar experience like me. July 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst faucet I had the faucet installed which cost me money. The hot water side had such poor flow that the handyman thought it was the shut off valve underneath the sink so I had him install a new one which cost me money. I had another handyman check out the faucet and he told me it is the faucet which cost me money for him to come to the house. Now I am having to purchase an other faucet. I will never buy American Standard again! October 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install Easy to install and to use. Look very fancy best choice that I made. October 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience I bought this and got it installed by a licensed plumber. It had poor flow on hot side right after installation. Pull down was not latching properly either. My plumber performed different tests and concluded product is defective. After talking to customer service, we ended up returning the product and bought a different brand. But it costed me another installation, lost time and hassle. I will never trust American Standard Quality again. We also noticed that product does not have brand name engraved anywhere so if you havent bought it yourself or forgot which brand you did then in case of any complain you cant use customer service and may even end up buying the same bad quality product again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Faucet Perfect fit. Looks and works great. Fast delivery. October 15, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by looks ok but has problems I had my faucet professionally installed. It has low pressure on the hot water side, and the sprayer does not hold to the faucet. It just hangs. I'm giving it another week, and will have my plumber take it out and will have to return it for another. That means another charge for installation. September 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Purchase It has been installed for one week. It is working perfectly and it was an easy installation. The only problem was that both water connections were one inch too short to reach the valves so hose extensions were required. September 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could be much better I had issues with my old faucet and had to use a professional to install this new one. Even so, the neck moves smoothly but SO DOES the entire unit. I had to use a heavy duty caulk to secure the unit to the base so only the neck turns now. Installation again, was done professionally so it is NOT the user in this case. August 30, 2016
