What is the diameter (width, not length)of the faucet not including the surround flange? Could I install this without using the surround flange?

Asked by: Anonymous
The diameter of this is 35mm. I would suggest using the flange so there isn't any leakage.

Green Tea tub faucet 8888.015 is a 1/2" NPT screw-on faucet. The threads inside are a little over 4 inches from wall end of the faucet. The one I saw mounted in a showroom had a threaded chrome tube inside the faucet from the threads to the wall end. Does that tube come with the faucet or do I have to find one the right length?
Asked by: Anonymous
No the threaded chrome tube that you are referring to is the pipe that is part of the plumbing it is not included with the faucet.

Just bought green tea diverter tub spout to replace old tub spout. The old one is connected to a threaded pipe. The green tea diverter tub spout have an unthreaded copper pipe with a set screw on the underside. Do I need to get an adapter to get it installed as the old one or did I get the wrong model to install.
Asked by: Anonymous
For a threaded connection you will need to order 8888.015. If you ordered 8888.086 it will not work.

I have 4 brand new green tea showers with tub spouts installed at a new home, and on all of them I have the same problem, when pulling the knob the diverter will not close completely and remains leaking water, causing a very weak shower flow. Is there a specific water pressure requirement or is there any adjustment needed? Please advise.
