Answer:
Depending on how old it is, if you still have a copy of your sales receipt for the toilet, the parts may still be under warranty if you contact the manufacturer.

Under specifications for this toilet it lists that it comes with a handle and seat but the title description says otherwise. Which is it?

H2Option 2-piece Siphonic 1.6/1.0 GPF Dual Flush Elongated Toilet in White - No Seat is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 81.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A toilet for Lumberjacks The toilet of my dreams. No more flushing five times with that water saving toilet of the late nineties. Threw away all my plungers. Well all except one - for major emergencies. This toilet truly saves water with the big flush for those high fiber users. Had the toilet professionally installed and it only took 30 minutes of labor. The unit does not come with seat or install kit (I.e. Wax ring flange bolts). After watching it done, I feel confident I could install with ease. No adjustment needed, water level was spot on. With the flushing buttons on top of the tank, it is awkward to get at when you need the mercy flush. That was the only drawback and not awkward enough for me to not recommend this toilet to my high fiber friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased with everything so far. We ordered this to replace a frequently clogging 3-gal fixture, and 4 weeks out, we are happy with the choice. The toilet arrived fairly quickly, and installation was easy / straightforward, though I did need to run out to buy a wax seal and a longer flexible connector to the water supply. The tank came pre-assembled with fill and flush valves installed and correctly pre-adjusted; so that it worked great "out of the box". We were initially just looking for a "WaterSense" (water conserving) model with the highest flush rating, but we also like that it has two flush options; both have worked smoothly and as advertised. The bowl empties quickly and quietly, and the tank refills quickly. What more could we ask? Only time will tell if the fill and flush valves (which have a very different design than those used in our older toilets) will continue to work or how often they might need adjustment...and how long they'll last before replacement is needed...and how widely available those will then be. But for the moment, we're very satisfied with the product and the transaction.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Design flaw I bought two of these toilets at Home Depot, installed the first one today. The toilet is very nice, but, and it's a big but, the toilet leaks about an ounce of water on every flush, the leak is a design flaw, it is leaking from the top of the tank! Yes, the top of the tank! The water sprays onto the top of the tank and then leaks down the side. I called the # in the instructions and they told me it was a known issue and Standard had a "spray shield", I was given a new 800 # to call to get the part. I had already waited 25 minutes on the first call, and gave up when the second call estimated a 20 minute wait. What bothers me is this is a known issue, they sold me a toilet that has a design flaw and leaks from the top of the tank, of all things. Apparently the QA at Standard never flushed the toilet? Or they flushed it only with low water pressure? I'm on city water, no special or out of the ordinary conditions. I guess there's the added feature that if you remove the top of the tank the toilet functions as a bidet? I'll call back tomorrow to try to get the part again, but I'm not a happy camper and wish I went with a cheaper dual flush at this point.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Bad Generally pleased withe toilet itself. I purchased it at [...] - online. While I appreciated it coming directly to my home, [...] another promotion to discount the toilet, I think the toilet should include a seat and a wax ring. For the MSRP, and product placement, the customer will rationalize the price better if the perception is more favorable. My perception of the price, "tanked", after I saw that the pieces were not included and I had to make a trip back to the store. In fact, the instructions make mention of those 2 items in the steps...as though they are included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great toilet Pros: + Quiet + Low water usage + Very effective flushing + Attractive design + Compact tank design Cons: - Price - Doesn't include toilet seat - Doesn't include wax ring Other: We bought an old house and have replaced both toilets with low flow models now. The other one uses a pressurized tank (Flushmate IV system) and is much louder than this one. Both are very effective toilets, but we've been happier with this one. This one cost about ~$70 more (including seat and ring), however.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall, I'm pleased I had the toilet installed about five days ago, and like it so far. The dual flush feature works well -- you do have to hold the button down until the flush is complete, but I don't find that to be a problem. Both flush options clear out what they're supposed to. I feel like this is a sturdy product, it works well and it looks nice. I had some concern because I read other reviews that said the tank leaked, but I have not had this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best in it's price range I'm very impressed and pleased with the performance of this toilet. It's better than I expected. I don't think you can get a better toilet for this price range. Both the 1.0 gal and 1.6 gal flushes are strong and get the job done. I also like the free shipping to my home. Also, I have found American Standard to be very responsive to inquires or problems when you call them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed I can't comment on the installation as we are remodeling and our contractor put the toilet in but so far it is amazing. I love the double flush feature! It doesn't keep much water in the bowl at all but it has a strong suction and honestly we rarely use the "big" flush, the 1/2 flush works just fine. We have only had it installed for about a month so it remains to be seen how it does longterm but right now I love my new toilet!
