Nope. The toilet seat is bought separately. Go for the solid wood seat as it seems more durable and has flexible hinges.

Don't know how you rate it, but it sure "blows away" the solids PDQ!!
The only downside (applies to all these new toilet types) is that it does not flush from the rim so SOMETIMES solid waste sticks to the side. (Easy to clean)

One flush is forceful, and quick ,using less water per flush. The one button is used for#1 (yellow),the two button for #2 (brown ).It seems to have brail (little dots like elevators have),on the flush buttons for the blind I guess...although being a blind person, they would still have to feel over the whole toilet to find the flush buttons ,hmmm.what are the dots for anyway am I right, are they brail?

while I'm not sure what rating system you're referring to, in my experience, a couple weeks now, the flush is powerful enough. there is never an issue with #1 (1.0g) and only occasionally (once so far) have I needed an additional flush of #2 (1.6g) (used #1 in that case)

I think its more of a rounder toilet bowl because it is a bit of a smaller toilet which made my small bathroom look a little larger. Mine did not come with the toilet seat/lid so I just went up to the hardware store right up from my house a bought the smallest one they had and it fit.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 347 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid product Ordered this online and it arrived at the store promptly. Unfortunately it didn't come with mounting bolts or seal. So I had to purchase those since they always rust. This toilet also costs more than many toilets out there. Hence the 4 star review. However, we are very pleased with it. It is well made, the dual flush works GREAT, have never needed a double flush for solids, and the lower flush is very good too. The buttons feel good and the labels are easy to tell which button is which. Lastly, this toilet is not at all loud, as some toilets are. No jet engine effect. I am happy with the purchase and recommend this dual flush for anyone wanting to save some water. June 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great toilet! BUY ONE! I wasn't there when it was assembled, so I have no idea about the ease of installation. You can ignore my review of that, but I got no complaints from the plumber. I bought this toilet to replace one that has been clogging my entire life. This one is amazing. I have been using it for only two months so far, but I have rarely ever had to use the heavier flush. The one gallon flush works for everything. Fantastic! It is very quiet, too! Americans would save so much water if everyone owned one of these. It also fits in my small bathroom nicely. I have never written a review of anything before, but I went online to praise this toilet! August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great toilet! This was an excellent choice. It flushes without issue. Great toilet! Also saves water but does not diminish its function! May 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very happy with toilet great looking toilet. Flushes well. easy to install - hey it's a toilet - so no different than most. HD online order came in ahead of schedule. Will replace other toilets with this. January 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost perfect! I bought two of these--one for my business and one for home. The business model has worked perfectly and has received many compliments. The home one has a problem that I haven't been able to fix yet. It runs continually because the mechanism that should stop the filling gets stuck. Seems like it should be an easy fix, but it hasn't been so far. March 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Saving water in style Just had this installed in a new bathroom and we love it. It's an attractive toilet (as much as toilets can be) and I love saving .6 gallons with every "light" flush (or liquid flush? Not sure what to call it). Bought the American Standard Cadet slow-close lid and it fits perfectly. Very happy with this in the first few weeks of use. December 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's a delight I bought this toilet in July of 2015 and it has been a delight in every way. It has a smaller foot print than my old toilet making for more space in my small bathroom. The toilet bowl cleans easily and has not accumulated the orange rust in the bottom that my older, cheaper toilet had. I just cannot abide that :-). The power/effeciency of the one gallon flush is such that using the 1.6 flush is rarely necessary, no matter the load. I installed the toilet myself but would not do again simply because the weight of such a project for someone my age was a bit too much. Otherwise, the install was simple and easy enough. I highly recommend this toilet and will likely buy it again for my guest bathroom. The only reason I haven't already is that bathroom gets little use. If you are thinking of buying this toilet, think no more, just do it. June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New technology excellance Bought this because of the two stage flush and it measures less distance from the wall in my small bathroom. Installation was as easy as other toilets. I liked the fact it came in two pieces. Made the placement and attaching of bolts easier. The flush system mechanics looks capable of standing up to many flushes. We like the top button flush with two choices of water to use. May 3, 2016
