Great toilet, easy to clean, and 8 of 10 usages the 1.0G flush is sufficient to clear the bowl. I won't get into details (we all know what we're talking about) but you only need the 1.6G flush very rarely - at least that was true for us. That being the case the water efficiency was even greater than expected.

We have had our toilet for toilet for less than 6 months... I should have never let my husband install it because it has been nothing but issues. First, it sits a few inches from the wall and pokes out. We had pre-measured but it is still awkward. We paid over $200 and the seat is plastic, uncomortable and cheap. Since he had already put it in, we decided we could live with it... until now. The inside of the bowl is greyish black in areas. This is where the water flows, not where water stays in the bowl. It is like the bowl is discolored in patches (not because it is dirty) and the stains are in the actual vessels of the material. I called the company and they said the previous 5 cleaners that didn't work may be expected, but I should use CLR. Then, if that doesn't work, then I need to drain the toilet and soak it in vinegar and scrub it. The toilet that was there for 25 years before this one looked better than this one that we just got 6 months ago!! I shouldn't have to drain it and soak it in vinegar!! And, I agree that poop sticks every time my kids go in our bathroom- will never buy one again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Greggy Poo Float gets stuck
The left side float gets held up and does not allow the water to shut off. I've tried several different adjustments on the height and it still gets held up before reaching the top. The center shaft looks to be a little off center but unfortunately it's a fixed position - no adjusting that.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rayray59 Best Toilet I ever installed
Toilet has the best flush I ever used, even the liquid flush easily flushes solids down. I use the solid button only during real heavy solid flushes. Installing the unit is very easy when you install the bowl by itself then install the tank. Remember to buy a repair ring just in case your flange is bad (HD has $5). I used 5/16 bolts bought at HD instead of the 1/4 bolts that come with the standard gasket. I also used the heavy wax gasket and Bemis ( 1201 slow ) removable toilet seat that fits perfect. By using the liquid flush (1 gal) I hope to save my cesspool from having more problems over the years.

A great water saver. Amazing how so little water does a great job.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brian Excellent! Easy to install, flushes great and the bowl remains very clean. Never had to flush this toilet twice.
I replaced a 43 year old toilet that used 7 to 9 gallons per flush. Often it would require being flushed twice. This new low water usage toilet has two flush positions. One is for urination and uses one gallon. the other position is for solid waste and uses 1.6 gallons. I was very concerned it would require being flushed twice but this is not the situation. It woks the first time every time. Extremely please with this toilet. And its so quite. Very little noise during flush and refill.

Generally pleased withe toilet itself. I purchased it at [...] - online. While I appreciated it coming directly to my home, [...] another promotion to discount the toilet, I think the toilet should include a seat and a wax ring. For the MSRP, and product placement, the customer will rationalize the price better if the perception is more favorable. My perception of the price, "tanked", after I saw that the pieces were not included and I had to make a trip back to the store. In fact, the instructions make mention of those 2 items in the steps...as though they are included.
