Bought this product to remodel my bathroom, had health issues and wasn't completed until the spring of 2015. I have made 6 plumber calls because the faucets leak, replacement parts have cost well over $150. Parts, plumber and original cost $150 (parts) $440 plumber bills and original cost $523 = $1113 and still doesn't work. Cartridges literally seperate into 2 pieces on the hot water handle. Replaced this cartridge 6 times

Bought and installed this to replace a cheap shower faucet set I got from Home Depot that lasted ~3 years before dying without replacement parts available. Solidly made fixer bar went it as easy as it can when working around a stud. Instructions didn’t quite match what shipped, but it's pretty straight forward. The plastic decorative caps for hot/cold/mix don't make a good seal against a rough tile wall, usually there’s a strip of foam to keep water out of the hole through the wall. The tub fixture seal mechanism was a bit odd as well. Hopefully this lasts a while and the replacement cartridges are still around when it fails.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Caline I like the vintage look of the handles, but the faucet was not of the same style.
The nickel finish is cute, but it can spot so you must not let unit air dry. A wipe off with a dry cloth will take care of the problem. The vintage look of the handles go well with the look of the rest of my renovated bathroom, but the faucet is a bit of a disappointment because it is a common look (actually the one that was replaced looked just like it but in a different finish) functional, but nothing special.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bob the DIY-er All-Around Wonderful Product
This is a great product. If I could have, I would have given it 4.8 stars. I only found two flaws. First, it has a normal, US-type, low-flow shower head (which I replaced because I couldn't figure out how to remove the flow restrictor). Second, the instructions were fantastic but were missing the required distance from the face of the dry wall to the mounting screws. It's not too difficult to figure the dimension out from all the other numbers given, but it would have saved some time to have it specified right on the plans in the first place. I strongly recommend this faucet. It looks wonderful and works even better.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OlderHouseBob Great product, Best value on internet or store
The older three handled shower faucet set are hard to fine because of EPA change in water flow rules. This satin (polished) nickel one was very nice.
Plumber installed. Said installation was good considering our bathroom shower layout and access. The instructions for a do-it-yourselfer were excellent. He said American Standard quality was very good.
A lifetime warrant on item and finish is great.
Looks first class.
Thanks Home Depot for quality and value.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by zedy I am sorry to I decided to buy this product
Soon after I installed the faucet and tested it I realized the middle direction stem is loose and water is leaking on it and is not diverting water from tub to shower head.Since it is already installed i can not brake tiles and take it out and return it.I am stuck with it.My only option is to replace that stem, which does not guarantee it will work too.For a product that I paid a lot I expected more .DISSAPOINTED!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Relatively Good Quality, Some Weak Parts
We have the porcelain handles on our Hampton bath sink and shower faucets. They're very nice looking and solid, although we've had two issues. First, one of the faucet handles in the shower kept coming loose. After repeated tightenings I finally put a weak form of Loc-tite on the threads and it's stayed tight ever since. Second, one of the shower handle adapters has broken meaning that we can't switch from bath spout to shower head. It's been 4-5 years since we installed the faucet so that's not bad, but the design appears to be weak (small area, soft material) where it goes into the faucet handle so I expect more failures. Overall, pretty happy with the faucet, though given the price I'd hope to be.
