Answer:
This model is not adjustable.
I believe the 8 in widespread version could be adjusted to accommodate a 12 inch center but you will need to purchase two flexible supply hoses to lengthen the run between the handles/ valves and the faucet assembly.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Really wanted something you discontinued... Needed to replace existing faucet which was the same, but with brass accents. You have discontinued the one with the brass My plumber tells me that because I purchased this faucet at Home Depot, the inner workings are plastic instead of brass, which is why one of the faucet handles was stripped. Since I wanted to replace with the identical item, I again went to Home Depot. The brass accents match the towel bars, etc. that were already in place. I am disappointed, as I thought I was purchasing the item with the brass accents and did not find out until I arrived home and the faucet was installed that it wasn't the right one. I wish I could give a better review, but am definitely disappointed that Home Depot carries products which do not measure up to those purchased at a plumbing supply. Would I recommend this product? Yes, but I might recommend it be purchased from another seller. December 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very attractive looks great with my new granite countertops Glad to find this to match with my shower replacement. Hard to find 2 handle for shower to match everything else February 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great looking quality built THis was a very easy faucet to install. I like the change they made to the drain linkage system. It is much improved over the older method that was used for decades. I also like the gasket they provided for the top side of the drain seal. March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by neat and clean I am really pleased with the faucets. easy to clean and very attractive. November 5, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is excellent qualitly I had this product professionally installed. The installer was very impressed with the quality of the product. Comparing price to similar products from other companies, the price was much less. The faucets look very nice installed and operate very smoothly. October 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handle screws for one of faucets are missing. We liked the way the products were grouped together online to make purchasing easier. We made this purchase because of the shower handles. We wanted a hot and cold knob to insure that water is not wasted. July 24, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install and great looking I purchased this product on-line and was somewhat concerned about having trouble installing at home. I found the directions were very clear and the product was easy to install (once the 30 + year old faucet was removed). This is the third American Standard faucet I have installed within the past month (a motivated weekend warrior). The other two were 8 in. widespread models, but all products had similar procedures and were easy once I had all the tools assembled and wedged myself under the sinks. Be prepared to cut the drain pipe that is supplied with the faucet to length in order to match up with the existing plumbing...have a hacksaw ready before you start the project. July 10, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice addition to Our Master Bathroom Looks beautiful. Our plumber installed the faucet, so I can't comment on ease of installation. June 7, 2013
