Answer:
We are not sure what spec sheet that you are looking at because the spec sheet on American Standards website only shows the two hole for the installation. One hole for the hot water line and one for the cold water line.

Answer:
You could if you bought the correct adapter. The faucet has threads on the end for the aireator, so an adapter for a hose could be screwed on to it.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a tough faucet. I'm replacing it with the same model I installed over six years ago in a very busy family kitchen. This is a very adaptable install and there are not that many wall mount faucets available. Good thing because while our kitchen is old, it still looks great and actually, this faucet looks stylish and retro on the wall. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keep your receipt forever After about 10 years the faucet began to leak. I've thrown out the receipt many years ago. I realized it has a lifetime warranty on function, so I should have been able to get a free replacement cartridge....But I didn't have the receipt, so I had to buy an element (now, a second one, one year later for the other side) without the warranty. So, keep your receipts forever on this one. December 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a great faucet! My friend gave me an old earthenware sink and I needed a faucet to compliment it. I think this looks perfect! My husband didn't have much trouble installing it, except for the quirks of an old house. There were existing wall spigots for a washer that weren't being used because the washer had been relocated. I think this faucet is a great value. March 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a hard to find product for historical homes We have a 1925 home that is still designed to it's humble origins. The home is in a California Historic Overlay District, which is rare for the west coast. It's nice to know that Home Depot has some fixtures that are applicable for this specific need. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good, bought to replace same This exact faucet was installed in our house long before we bought it. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly how old it was, but I suspect at minimum of 20 years knowing the houses history. The neck of the faucet failed spectacularly, cracking down the middle and spaying me in the face and dousing the whole kitchen. l looked around, and settled on buying the exact one as a replacement. I like the way it looks, and it's clearance over the sink is really nice for washing large pots. I can even get a 5 gallon bucket under it. I learned a little too late that the neck is actually removable at the joint, pretty easily too. So I decided to keep the original body in place since it hasn't given me any trouble. I did find that I could have bought a replacement neck, but it isn't much cheaper than the whole faucet. Now I have replacement parts if I ever need them anyway. Anyway, it's a good faucet, and its nice that they have continually manufactured it for a long time. Makes me confident I can get parts in the future. January 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good heavy duty and smooth running faucet I bought this faucet to replace an old one that finally just wore out. I installed it in my garage where I probable use it more than my kitchen faucet. I seems to be a quality fixture and I am well pleased with it. October 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks beautiful Love the higher spigot. Hard to find wall mount faucets that are this modern. October 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A really good faucet Came out of the box already assembled so I didn't have to worry about ("this washer goes here, that screw goes there...etc") Darn fine product. I'm glad I bought it. Features good swivel neck & great water flow. Performance is a 10 in my book. April 7, 2015
