Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst purchase ever… This is my worst purchase ever; I bought this faucet to replace the old faucet that was leaking. After paying to have it installed this new faucet leaked worse than the old one. The plumber replaced the stem and it still leaked. The leak was coming from the faucet housing. I called the telephone number on the paper work and they said they would replace it. Weeks have past and nothing but a still leaking faucet. March 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not work with sink I purchased 2 of these for use with Kohler Claxton sinks. They have been installed for just over a year. We started noticing an odor from the sinks after ~6 months and eventually traced it to a mismatch between the drain pipe and the sink overflow. The opening in the drain pipe that should match up to the sink overflow return is instead 1/8 to 1/4 inch higher. This means any water that goes down the sink overflow results in a small standing puddle at the bottom of the overflow. By the time I traced the problem, there was a nice layer of slime in the overflow along with drain fly larvae (the source of the odor). American Standard does not have a solution to this problem. The drain pipe is specific to the faucet because the pop-up value has a unique cable operation rather than a more generic linkage. Further American Standard specs, installation instructions, and the tech and warranty department do not have dimensions to determine in advance whether a particular faucet will work with a particular sink. So check everything before you install! May 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product Installation was a snap. Just followed directions. This is the second American Standard faucet I have installed with the Speed Connect drain and it is absolutely the best. I don't know why the other faucet manufacturers have failed to copy this design, unless they are just jealous. June 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed I have the faucet a few years, I love the appearance an that's about it. I have already replaced both knobs because they were very loose, the handle would move up and down causing the handle to look cheap, since it's all one piece the entire piece had to be replaced. Also, we have had to change the drain stopper twice, the pulley has stopped working and will only keep the stopper down. Can't have it replaced unless, I can find my receipt. Supper frustrated August 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As beautiful as it is functional After much research we were impressed with the quality of materials and how simply classic it looks against our marble vanity top. Priced very competitively. March 4, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sink drain won't hold water Had professionals twice replace drain that won't hold water, still fails and leaks out. Very disappointing for such expensive faucet hardware. June 4, 2011
