Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Spots show - does not dry clear
It came with discoloration on the head of the faucet which will not come off. I wanted model #6310SSF but it was out of stock. The one purchased looks like stainless steel which on the website looked LESS shiny than chrome. Every spot shows up and dries on the faucet the same way. Nothing clears it off. Very disappointed. Wish I could have gotten the model I wanted - #6310SSF.

We had this same kitchen faucet for 10 years and were pleased that we could find it still available, albet with a new name. It works well, meets our needs, and the price is right.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by unsatisfied American Standard no longer stands behind their products
We purchased this product several years ago. The handle has broken three times and the pull-out handle has broken at least twice. Although inconvenient, a call placed to American Standard resulted in a replacement part sent in the mail free of charge. That is no longer the case. This time around they charged for $50 for the handle because we couldn't find our receipt (which they never asked for previously). Clearly American Standard doesn't stand behind their products any more. I won't purchase anymore products from them and everyone else should we wary as well!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Greywolf58 Great Product and Warranty
I bought this faucet in Bone color several years ago from Home Depot on clearance for $60.00. The button to change from spray to stream had broken off. The finish had started to peel off and rust. So this week I decided to contact American Standard by Email. I explained my problem and sent a picture of the faucet. They emailed me back and said they no longer made the Bone and gave me a choice of Polished Chrome or Stainless Steel. I chose the Stainless Steel as it should be more durable finish. They are truly a caring company that backs their warranty.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by jsb1 Expensive, cheap faucet
This faucet was not terribly difficult to install, and worked well for a while. However, after a few months it became difficult to rotate it left or right - the bearing got very gummed up. Could be a problem with our water here in League City, TX, but that wasn't the worst part. After about 8 months of operation, the bulb at the end developed a crack in the housing near where the water comes out. The crack is growing and water now sprays out to the side. I have no idea where our receipt or proof of purchase is, so I'm pretty much out of luck. SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clffhnger Poor customer service from American Standard when you need it.
Easy to install, and looks good. But inside where it counts it must have some steel in it, as with time, it gets really hard to swing left and right. That usually means something is rusting inside.
American Standard says that it is lifetime warranty on function and finish, but when you try to get replacement, they want to see a receipt. Who saves their receipt for a lifetime?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nrw2 This product should not be American STANDARD
I bought this product because the brand got great reviews and Home Depot's site listed parts as all metal. I was extremely disappointed to find only the handle and neck of good quality. The pull-out sprayer, swivel spout and base are of such a light quality plastic that it feels like a kitchen toy, hardly stays put when swiveled where you want and will hardly last a year. Certainly not worth the price. I had a cheaper brand with much better quality and will return this faucet as soon as I can uninstall this one!
