I bought and installed this about 14 years ago, in white to go with my new white sink. Everybody told me I would be sorry. It has never leaked or dripped. the spray wand lacks 1/4 inch from fitting tight into the base and the white paint is starting to chip a little on the bottom on the swing. I was looking to see about buying another white one....so sad it is no longer available. After all this time the sink and faucet still look better than my neighbors and friends and I still get compliments on both.

I bought this faucet in Bone color several years ago from Home Depot on clearance for $60.00. The button to change from spray to stream had broken off. The finish had started to peel off and rust. So this week I decided to contact American Standard by Email. I explained my problem and sent a picture of the faucet. They emailed me back and said they no longer made the Bone and gave me a choice of Polished Chrome or Stainless Steel. I chose the Stainless Steel as it should be more durable finish. They are truly a caring company that backs their warranty.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Clffhnger Poor customer service from American Standard when you need it.
Easy to install, and looks good. But inside where it counts it must have some steel in it, as with time, it gets really hard to swing left and right. That usually means something is rusting inside.
American Standard says that it is lifetime warranty on function and finish, but when you try to get replacement, they want to see a receipt. Who saves their receipt for a lifetime?

After approx 4yrs, the sprayer button broke off. Now faucet is in perpetual spray function. Too bad AS isn't selling replacement parts any longer. I had to go through Amazon for a replacement sprayer. "American Standard M952237-0020A Pull-Out Spray, Polished Chrome". Just search that if you need one.
I did not install this initially so I can't comment on that.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Marvy Easy to use!
Bought this kitchen faucet and have been very pleased with the ease of use. When extending the spray handle, there's no kinking or difficulty taking it out to use or replacing it when finished. I would most certainly buy another one but I don't see this one wearing out any time soon.

Twelve years ago we purchased this faucet in a bone color. Practically every piece broke on it and was replaced by my husband. All of the parts were free, and thankfully we didn't have to contact a plumber for the repairs. Finally they sent us a new faucet, but after a couple of months the lever on top stopped working. Now we have to pull it up with our fingernails to switch between stream and spray. Once again we contacted American Standard and they said since they already gave us a new faucet we could have our money back from the original faucet we purchased in 2003. IF we can find the receipt. The problem with that is Home Depot receipts all fade! We will buy a different brand this time from Lowe's. Their receipts from 2003 have not faded!

Bought 6 years ago at Home Depot. 3 years later housing had a crack and the button to switch from spray off stopped retracting on its own. I contacted American Standard and they sent a whole new faucet. Installed it and now,3 years later, the housing is fine, but once again, the spray button won't retract on its own. So to shut the spray off, you either turn the button left and right til it shuts off or pull it out with your fingernails. I called American Standard and they said the spray heads wear out over time and are sending a replacement at no charge. I was happy with customer service, but not happy that we've had to interact as much as we have. I was prepared to go get a higher quality faucet, but will postpone that decision for, I'm guessing, about 3 more years.
