The holes in the deck where the faucet goes had a slight defect in the porcelain...meaning one of the holes was not perfectly round which in turn meant the faucet would not seat properly. I used 2 washers to get a level seat.
The drain hole also wasn't perfectly round so the faucet makers instruction to use plumbers putty to seal it didn't work. I had to get a rubber washer and install that to stop the leak.
The defects were relatively minor but when you're talking about a watertight seal, they became a bigger issue. Have some washers on hand in case yo have to improvise.

This Bidet is very high quality... I don't own one myself but my girl friend has one. This same kind infact. the first time i used it i was very surprised at the accuracy of the "squirt" and also how comfertable it was. If i was going to buy a bidet, which i might, it would be this one... Its very affordible and it gets the job done
