How to I select the shower spray type? It always springs back when I turn it to the spray I want.

Asked by: cerebral_rose
If your spray is not staying in a particular setting, we would question your water pressure. The only time the spray should change by itself, is when its being shut off. The spray will then retract back to the original spray pattern.

Just installed Serin shower assembly. Works great except shower head drips when diverter is closed. Is there a way to adjust diverter to eliminate leak? Or possibly another solution to fix?

Asked by: mdannehl
The drip can be repaired by replacing the valve cartridge and diverter. Please contact customer service as the parts are covered by a lifetime warranty.
