Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking, quality not so good Similar to others, we have had problems with the shut off handles stripping out (have to replace about every 2 years). Also, the finish has degraded in a short period of time. They used to send us replacement parts for no charge, but now they charge. February 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 10 years later We have had our faucets for ten years and recently the hot water tap stopped turning and therefore no water. Thanks for the post from the contractor about this issue. I ordered the replacement called the Handler adapter model# M198025-0070A and my faucet was fixed just like that. No fuss, no muss. Great customer service and thanks to your posts. August 14, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful but fragile This is a great looking very modern, easy to clean, faucet with many great matching accessories. However it has a critical flaw. The hot and cold handles can be easily stripped out by putting too much pressure on it past fully closed or fully open. An internal part that should not be made of plastic, (The Handle Adapter: Part #M198025-0070A, will loose it's threading and allow the handle to free wheel no longer turning the water on or off if it is overstressed. The part is difficult to order as it is not searchable. It can only be seen in the exploded view diagrams and can only be ordered by calling customer service. September 11, 2010
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but possible durability issue I purchased this item, without seeing it in person. The pros: It has a very stylish look and matches the American standard sink that we purchased perfectly. Water pressure is good also. Cons: we had issues with installation. The installer had to cut under out under the sink countertop has it didn't have enough clearance to fit. Also, there are internal plastic extenders from the faucet assembly to the handle that don't seem very durable. The installer said these could break over time. Finally, since ours in chrome vs. satin nickel, it needs to be cleaned after almost every use to keep looking it's best. June 18, 2008
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Design Great, Finish not so much I used this faucet with a pedastal sink and the design fits the sink perfectly. The one con I have is that it is very difficult to keep clean due to the finish - Oil Rubbed Bronze. I have hard water and any drops left on it leave marks. The drain is already discolored to a hazy white despite trying to clean it with regular household cleaner, and it has only been installed for about 3 months. This would be a great product for a master bath primarily used by adults. When you factor kids into the mix, this is a very difficult faucet to keep spot free and looking good due simply to the finish. July 6, 2008
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful and Functional I bought my Town Square faucet for a bathroom remodel and I love how it looks. It is extremely solid,  beautifully designed in what I think is a mission style , which works perfectly in my home. I am using American Standard fixtures in a second bathroom as well.  July 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Square is in!! The style is different from most other faucets, very modern looking and beautiful! The best part is the matching accessories that complements the faucet and brings the style to life!! May 19, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Manly enough even for my husband! Our master bathroom needed to make the design statement that it wasn't girly. The Town Square design did just that. January 6, 2011
