Customer Questions & Answers

Is faucet able to be mounted on a inch (1") thick marble top?

Asked by: K1967
If I remember correctly there was plenty of stem to put on a 1 inch think top. I am not at home now so cannot measure how thick our top was. I'll try to remember to look when I get back and see. I'll add on to the answer then.

Customer Reviews

Town Square Curved Lever 8 in. Widespread 2-Handle Low-Arc Bathroom Faucet in Polished Chrome is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's hip to be Square This faucet and drain installed in no time at all. I don't know why all faucets aren't like this. With the quick connects, everything just snaps in to place. Everything about this faucet is very well made. Substantial feeling metal handles and spout, and even the drain is heavy duty and has a nice polished chrome finish. Water flow was consistent and free, and adjusting each faucet delivered consistent temperature to the faucet. The contemporary design dresses up any vanity or bath. With a four and a half inch spout reach it makes a statement on even the drabbest of countertops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gives a nice look This was an easy installation and turned out looking really nice. I could tell just by taking it out of the box it was made with some quality materials. We like it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good looking but..... Good looking faucet set, but - had installed which took quite a bit of time. Turned the water on and found that there was a tiny, unnoticeable pin hole in the side of the spout near the base. when either faucet was turned on a fine spray would come from the pin hole and also cause a drip and it would puddle on the sink top. My guess is a poor casting and also not water tested at the AS factory. I called AS and they are sending out a replacement spout but now the pedestal sink has to come a part to change out the spout. More $$ and time!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Town Square Wide Spread Low Arc Bathroom Faucet in Polished Chrome WOW what a faucet. Immediately took out of the box, visually inspected the parts and what quality. The chrome is perfect. Everything is packed to protect the finish. Instruction are superior; straight forward diagram/images with expanded assembly views and the parts are numbered to make assembly a breeze. Took me less than 15 minutes to apply plumbers tape, fasten the hoses and connect the drain and I was testing the water flow and drain up/down like a pro. This is yet another example of Americans Standards drive to be the best; when you see products like this it is not fair to the competition to face this kind of quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOLIDLY BUILT! When you pick up the box that this faucet comes in, you'll think that it's filled with lead! This product is solid, includes all parts for easy installation, and looks great on our new vanity top. You can lose by purchasing this excellent faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Product Have not used the faucet yet because I need to return it still. The end of the faucet is a square lip that should be centered with the neck of the faucet and this is not. Even worse is that the square is rotated off and is very noticeable when looking down at the faucet.
