Installation was easy. Have your cordless drill with 1/4 socket and you are good to go. Used do to some spike nails were coming out and gutter was sagging a little. Made my gutter like new again and no more sagging. Product is made well. They did not bend on me.

Love when they use this product in this region. The snow and ice bend the heck out of the bracket at the screw head. I pull them out throw them away and install gutter screws walk away and have no more issues with bent up gutters. So people keep using them and keep me in business. Granted the screws don't look as clean but your gutters don't get damaged.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by gcw1313 These hangers have a minor problem
Easy to install but the center of my gutter sagged and the hanger came loose from the gutter. I have these every 18 inches. A little over kill as the literature I got when I purchased them was to place on 24 inch centers or attach to ends of rafters. I did not notice when they started sagging and the water damaged my fascia board and the eave covering. If you use these check they have not bent or disengaged from the gutter every time you clean the gutter spring and fall. These do not allow the gutter to sit against the fascia. You might try putting shim between the fascia and the gutter. This should stop the gutter from sagging. Good luck.

I purchased enough hangars to do the front proton of my house from another major supplier and they were a much better quality. I purchased these hangars for the rear of my house and could immediately tell the difference. These are low quality aluminum that bend easily and don't hang onto the front of the gutter very well. They also bend very easily when attaching to the gutter, and deform when torquing the screw into place. I have to pull down the one's I attached and return them. Very annoying.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WinterStinks Shear strength is terrible.
I installed every 24 inches and made sure they were at rafter points even though my fascia is a 2x8. After one snow the entire gutter collapsed. Every screw was sheared 3/16 past clamp area. I had the last gutter up for 20 years in every Ohio snow and freeze. These are junk, but you get what you pay for.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheKingsHandyman Great Gutter hanger
I have been repairing many a house that needs the gutters to be rehung. I have used the large screws, which are much better than the original spikes. Now that I found these screw in brackets, they are all I use for the standard gutters. I can put them on the gutter before I raise them up and then set one end, get the proper down slop and set any of the others. They stay put, they are easy to screw in, and the are very strong. I highly recommend these for both new and repair installations that require gutter hangers. Great idea - now all I need is a bulk pac.

I would recommend the product that is pictured. I have used it for years. The product I received has apparently replaced the product shown. The quality is horrible.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gutterbill Gutters can leak
This would be a great hanger if it weren't for the fact that the screw will penetrate the gutter "below the water line", meaning if the gutter were to fill to capacity the screw hole would be under water, and there is no easy way to permanently seal the hole. Over a period of time the leakage can damage and weaken the fascia board and may cause the gutters to fall off. The bright side is it's better than a spike.
