After installing a new roofing system on my Barn, I decided to install new gutters. Using the aluminum seamers made joining the two pieces of gutters a breeze.

I bought this to fix a leak in my gutter at a seam. This product worked great, now I don't even have one drop from the spot. Yay. It was very easy to instal only word of advice is to wear disposable rubber gloves while using the sealant because if your not careful you will make a big mess. Like others have said squeeze a line of it out without touching the product with your hands onto the seam and wait about 20 mins then go back and lightly press it into place and smooth it out. When you wait it gives the outside layer enough time to start to dry and it makes it not so sticky to touch. I already bought another for a back up tube.

I spent a lot of time looking at the options for connecting my gutters together, and have mixed feelings about this product. I found it challenging putting two gutter ends together and then wrapping this part around them. The most difficult part of this was bending the back tap down and forward over the back top of the two gutters. Pros probably have a special tool for this, or have fingers of steal. The product works, but I think you really need to know what you're doing.
