I found this knob completely by happenstance while searching the Home Depot website. I am a collector and restorer of vintage telegraph keys. In terms of size, shape, and feel this knob is a near-perfect "universal" replacement for missing or broken knobs.
The product description states that this knob is made of ceramic/porcelain, but this is in fact and error. The actual material is plastic, but I see an advantage in this. The color, black, is molded through and through, so even if the knob were to chip or scratch the color would remain the same.
Future buyers please be aware: This knob was listed as being a closeout, so I would assume when the current inventory is depleted it will not be restocked.

When I purchased these knobs online they were listed as ceramic.
These knobs are plastic. They are totally fine as plastic knobs go, though the screws are awfully short, not sure what these are meant to go on.
Screws are rough threaded not what you would expect for cabinet hardware, but makes sense for plastic I suppose.
Price seemed ok for what you get. Was really quite peeved that they were inaacurately described on the website.
I painted numbers on them to make some Anthropologie knockoffs, then coated with gloss polyurethane, and they look pretty good, but still feel like plastic.
