Had to hang 16 cabinet doors. We redid our kitchen and went from standard to concealed hinges. Our cabinets are standard 90s oak face frame cabinets and these were the only concealed hinges I found in 1/4".
If you are going to concealed from standard hinges you will need to drill the cup hole for the these hinges and will need a 35mm forstner bit. Don't cheap out -- buy a good bit and you will be able to drill all of the holes without a problem. The Makita 35mm forstner bit that Home Depot sells is perfect and runs about $30.
Mark the center of the hole and drill it out. Tape off the forstner bit to make sure you're hitting the right depth. Test fit with the hinge to make sure it is flush with the cabinet surface. When in, drill pilot holes for the screws with a 1/16" bit. This will ensure that the hinge screws on straight, which is crucial, because there is not much adjusting available once the cabinet is installed, which is likely due to the face that the hinge is designed for only a 1/4" overlay.
Be patient -- every door requires at least two hinges (even the small doors above the microwave in the photo; this was learned the hard way). Once you get rolling you'll be able to measure, drill, and attach the hinges to two doors every 10-15 minutes.
You will need a helper to help you position the door when you drill it in to the face frame.
Make sure if you are using a battery operated drill that you have an extra battery and the charging station at the ready. A fully charged 18v Makita battery was good for about 4 holes until it lost juice. A fully charged 20v Dewalt battery was good for 3-4 holes until it lost juice.

These hinges are a great product. They are easy to install as long as you follow the directions as written. They come two to a pack even though the web site implies there is only one.

Placed these on cabinets that we renovated. More expensive than your traditional hinges, but the concealed hinge does give it a nicer contemporary look. 1/4 hinge overlay are hard to find and these were priced well.
The hinge does give you an 1/8 gap on the closing. I was a little surprised on that, but acceptable.

I bought these because I am building my own kitchen cabinets and in one corner was a tight fit. These were the ONLY 1/4" overlay european hinges I could find... They are way over priced but if you absolutely need them like I did, then I guess their is no sense in complaining! =:) THeir is a way to adjust them (small screw on the inside) but only really allows for at most 1/16" adjustment... Really weird- its a one piece hinge- not a two pice like most others- thats why their is so little adjustment. Like other customer said- it did come 2 per pack- i ordered two and got two pairs-fyi. I wish they had other 1/4" overlay hinges to choose from but oh well!

The lady that helped me, looked up the item (not in stock), ordered for me and had shipped to the store, was GREAT! What a nick, knowledgeable & helpful person. back to the store last week to thank her for doing such a great job. As a matter of fact, I went back to the store last week for something else, saw her there and thanked her again.

I was hoping to use with existing cabinet doors but the door sticks out too far from the cabinet frame.
The hinge is the right size but does not close on itself. You can see inside the lower cabinets through the gap

We recently updated our cabinets and used the quiet close hinges. One cabinet did not have a piece of wood between the doors and the new hinges created a gap that wasn't there with the old hinges. This 1/4 overlay closed the gap and worked beautifully.
