I just moved and had days of problems getting connected to the internet in my new home. I must have internet access, as must my husband for his job. After days of frustration, I called the Amped Wireless company and was connected to Cedrick Goodwin. Cedrick took all the time needed to get me connected, and was very patient and polite, explaining every step and answering all my questions. At the end of the call, I was connected using an Amped Wireless product, and Cedrick basically saved the day. I recommend your company, but especially Cedrick Goodwin. He was nothing short of excellent.

Marc was great in helping me with install issues. I am a senior and learning technology. He was very patient and attentive to fixing my problems. The best phone technology customer service that I have ever received.
Also, he was in California and I could communicate with him very easily. Thanks for keeping jobs in USA.

I was all the way to STEP 7 in "setup" when it appeared to me that the connection was taking seconds measured by minutes--longer than I thought it should. BUT-- the instructions clearly said: Do NOT Leave or Refresh. So I didn't; instead I called tech support at 888-573-8820. Alan (Concierge #166) was on the phone with me almost immediately. And he quickly, courteously, AND IN AMERICAN ENGLISH, walked me through the remaining seconds of the set-up. Turns out my past experience with other electronic equipment and their manufacturers had not prepared me for something that worked right out of the box. The SB1000 is a product that actually does what it claims! WOW! Thank you Amped Wireless; thank you Alan.

I put in a home addition that added an office to what was an existing outside wall. The original home construction was an industrial type of construction of foam and concrete, fantastic for insulation and protection but lousy for getting signals through.
I have the FIOS Phone/Internet/TV package with their latest N router. l looked at all the various options and this one made the most sense.
With the booster I can now use the internet in the home office and anywhere else in my 5,000 sq ft home.
The overall rating is based on a price that seems quite high for a simple antenna booster.

I was having problems of weak WiFi in portions of my house, especially in one room in the upper floor that had a pc with weak signal. Using an iPhone app I measured the difference before using this device to now, the download speed to that room went from 4.49 to 13.36 [using FiOS 15/5] ... nearly as high as direct connect!
While installing the unit dropped and the antenna became loose - while it still works, it is too loose; Ricardo [Concierge # 127] shipped out new one within hours... Great service!

I have a run of the mill router from Verizon that can't easily be upgraded. When I sat on my deck, trying to stream sports to my iPad, reception was very poor. So, I bought two of these antennas, hooked them up to my router, hung them high on a wall and now I get great reception on my deck and everywhere else in my house.
