Bought the R-10000 a while back so it was out of warranty. Had worked great until recently and I had to power reset up to 3 times per day. Was unsure if it was a modem or a router issue so I bypassed the router and connected the Ethernet cable directly from modem to computer. It worked and Andrew did a great job getting the unit to connect wirelessly.

I had a rough time trying to get this set up on my own. I must've pushed the wrong thing or something because it wasn't set up properly. I called the support number and received amazing step by step instructions from Sam. He helped me go through all of the processes and now it works great! It gives my wireless devices much faster download speeds than my old router which was a Belkin. Sam also gave me great info on things about my new router. Like how I have a one year warranty! Thank you, Sam for helping out a technically challenged person while being patient and understanding!

I have an Amped Wireless router at home. I purchased the device because it is the router that our IT department at work recommends for the employees who work from their home office. Previously, I had three different routers - all of which were constantly problematic. Since installing the Amped Wireless router, my connection has been rock solid. Recently, we have done some home renovations, and I needed to make some changes to our home network. I called Amped Wireless Elite Support. I spoke with Ralph. He was terrific, and got the router back up and running in no time at all. Thank you, Ralph!! Great product. Great service.

Happy with this unit. Got excellent service with the help desk when I called for assistance in setting up after a loss with connectivity from my modem to the unit.
