Sam helped me get our range extender set back up where it is working. He guided me through each of the steps and we tested it and it is back on line again.

Andrew spent as much time with me as was needed to re-establish a faulty connection with my Amped range extender. We have a rather unique setup and and has not been easy keeping things connected. Andrew now only made sure that we had a sound connection, but spent time explaining to me what we were doing and how to make things work as they should. I've owed a range extender for about one year. I did experience some problems
recently, but I'm writing this review to provide feedback on customer/technical support. Working with Andrew - Concierge #108, today was really great! He understood products and problems completely and led me to solutions showing an amazing amount of patience. Thank you Andrew for spending the time it took to lead a non-tech person to a final fix to the problem. Btw...the amped product I own did
not have a failure, it was user error.

Very pleased with this range extender. have had it several months and it was snap to set up initially. Does what it says very well. Had a recent power surge that knocked out my router (NOT the SR10000). Had problems reconnecting with a new router and called support. Got great, prompt, polite assistance. Could not ask for more.

I called the support line today because my modem was replaced, and I needed to reinstall the extender. The support person was great--she walked me through each step clearly and patiently and I was on my way in no time.

Have used this product for a few years. Setup was straightforward and my devices picked up the extended network when needed. Recently phone and tablet would not connect even with re-entering password. Customer service walked me through the process of resetting the device with patience and clarity.
