I would recommend this product to anyone - especially with support like I received from Sam. He was patient and worked me through a number of scenarios until the product worked properly. KUDOS to Sam!!!!!!!

I was unable to connect to the wireless amped network and I caled tech support and left a message for them to call me back. Expecting it to take several hours/days to get a call back. However, the representative returned my call in less than an hour and walked me through the set up process. We had to trouble shoot a few things and he was very patient and professional. He solved my problem in less than 15 minutes! Some of the best customer service I've ever received!

I own a range extender that all of a sudden stopped working. Marc did a fine job getting the extender to work again but many technicians could have done that. What makes Marc very different is that he connects with clients using humor and open discussion when needing to wait for a download.

The SR150 and it's cousin, the SR300, are great little APs that have a feature I particularly like, virtual SSIDs (AKA Guests). I have an old 11g AXIS camera who's software is so brain-damaged that if a router talks g & n, it barfs (g only). I set up a "guest" SSID only speaking g and fooled it with the SR150! Cool! Note, I'm now buying an SR20000G.

Tried setting this up and the setup wizard was a little on the vague side, tries to do everything for you. But when I can't get it to work, there isn't much the way of direction to find help. Thankfully I called amped wireless and a representative was able to handle my problem, his name was Alan.

My purpose for purchasing the unit was to improve the signal to my cell phone. It does not help and I must conclude that I made an improper choice.

Sam was very patience with me, a hour and a half of patience. I have no computer knowledge, and he walked me through everything and now my computer works at lightening speed thanks to him and your product.

I changed my internet carrier about a week ago, which necessitated reconnecting my amped wireless. After two unsuccessful tech support trails, Ralph Marquez, concierge #178 came to the rescue. He was diligent, patient and knowledgeable and reconnected my amped wireless, to my new router, when others failed. Good Job, Ralph! Way to go, and thank you a million.
