Had trouble setting up network, called tech support and talked to Sam for 2 hours and he was able to get the whole network going and I am now VERY happy

I oversee a computer lab of 15 computers. I rely on the support staff in the office to maintain the computers. However, there are times when the support staff need help and we call. The man we spoke with, Alan, was extremely helpful. He guided us flawlessly.

I appreciate the the assistance I received from the support team. I oversee a computer lab and rely on the support of a knowledgeable team ... but sometimes the team needs support. When the support staff member called, he spoke to Alan. He was wonderful.

I would highly recommend the AP600EX and SR600EX to those interested in extending the range of their wireless router. The techs at Amped Wireless are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on how to set the equipment up. What is really great is that you can call them 7 days a week...how often to you see that these days?
Recently, I had the AP600EX stop working and, while still under warranty, they promptly sent a new unit. Sam (Concierge #138) quickly answered some setup questions I had on the unit on a Saturday. You can depend on their support as top notch...and Sam, thanks for your assistance!!!
