I recently purchased three Amped Wireless products and needed help with the setup. I spoke with Sam today and Alex two days ago. They were able to walk me through the setup of all three products and answer my subsequent questions. I am so pleased that Amped Wireless was my choice!

I spent extensive time on the phone with Alan #166 where I had problems that were with my firmware of the SR600EX that he discovered and repaired in spite of the fact that I was using a new laptop with Windows 10 that I wasn't familiar with, causing added trouble. He was most patient and super helpful! I have a complicated setup in two houses 600 feet apart in a forest. The destination house is a log home with a metal roof. That's a list of many red flags for good service. My SR600EX and the AP600EX do the job well. I am so excited to have good working internet to my house from another so far away! Support at an earlier time did advise me to acquire an access point or repeater for better signal all over my destination house once the signal traveled the long distance to my house. Alan stuck with me while I booted that up to make sure all was working together. That really helped complete the job and make me a happy camper!

Had trouble setting up network, called tech support and talked to Sam for 2 hours and he was able to get the whole network going and I am now VERY happy

I bought this about one month ago and everything was fine until it just stopped working. I called support and talked to Cedrick JR and within a very short period of time was up and running again. Cedrick was very nice and very helpful.

I had connection problems that were not normal but Cedrick (ext115) was very patient with me and solved my problem. I am very gratefull for his support. I am not computer savvy but Cedrick never gave up and helped me in spite of my lack of knowledge.

This is and good product if you have the right information on what equipment you need. Ryan helped me understand how these equipment works (AP600EX and the SR600EX). I needed to extend the wi-fi signal from the house to the pool- house (more or less 200Ft). He helped me setup inside and outside equipment. He has excellent customer service, he is understanding person. I’m not a tech wiz; he is just made this setting up painless for me. Thanks Ryan for all your help.
