What is a PEX PANEL? And where would you use it!!!

What is a PEX PANEL? And where would you use it!!!
Asked by: TJ
Pex is the name for a plastic tubing used for radiant floor heating. This panel is placed under a concrete slab floor and the Pex tubing is laid on top of the panel. The raised "pucks" hold the Pex tubing in place. Then concrete is poured over the top. The Pex panel is also used as an insulation barrier to create a thermal barrier from the ground and the concrete slab.
