Answer:
It is a lever style handle and the metal finish is nickel.
Nickel is a silver-like metal but with a color quite warmer than say stainless steel.

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 73 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with door BUT We're refurbishing a 1960 home. The old storm door was divided into 3rds obliterating the lovely raised panels on the original door. So my fave feature is the full glass view which shows the details. See pics. The BONUS feature primary reason i chose this door over others is that button on the bottom that allows the door to stay open. Now I can open/close that without having to call hubby, a great feature for shorter folks. Im 5 2 Door feels heavy and sturdy. Installation was easy. READ THE DIRECTIONS to understand. There needs to be a redesign on the threshold sweep at bottom. WAY TOO SHORT as some others mentioned. Had to go get a longer one. Even with that we are very pleased. Also nice was that the door was on sale which I love Home Depot's sales...helps stretch my remodel budget. September 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Full view storm door Added a nice touch to our entry foyer. It's very functional. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a beautiful fullview screen door, especially considering the price. I wasn't expecting very much, but I am very pleased with my purchase. My husband and I installed the door in about an hour. If you are installing by yourself, it will probably take a bit longer. While I can see how one person could conceivably install the door, it is definitely much easier with two people. The instructions are vague in some parts, but my husband and I install a lot of products, so it was fairly easy to figure out what to do. The door handle is surprisingly nice. I expected it to be a cheaply made handle that I would be switching out soon. It matches quite well with my existing Schlage entry door handle. I do agree with most other reviewers that the sweep is too short, but we did not need this feature so it was not an issue for us. We also chose not to install the screen door. The door is installed on a side porch entry, and the screen is not a feature we would ever utilize in this area. Plus, our three big dogs would likely try to poke their noses or paw their way through it. ;) I am impressed enough with this door that I am going to purchase another one for my main entry. For the price, I think this is a quality door. Yes, there are a few kinks but nothing major. I would definitely recommend it. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't go wrong with Anderson I was a little apprehensive buying this door due to my limited DIY skills, but I went slow and followed the excellent instructions and it went in without problems. Having Anderson Windows and sliders in my house my expectations were high and I wasn't disappointed. It took an afternoon to install but if I installed another it would probably take an hour or two. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2000 Series White Fullview Storm Door I didn't personally install it but was told that it was a little more difficult than some doors to hang. Of course it was cheaper than some doors also. Overall, I really like it. September 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Anderson 2000 Storm Door So glad I paid for the installation. The installer did a great job. This door isn't double-pained, which I hadn't noticed prior to buying. But it is nice and will serve us well. August 30, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Storm Door It took a bit to install since the directions were not the easiest to follow. The only issue that I had was when you screw the bottom hole of the top hinge in the pre drilled hole on the door it did not allow for the hinge frame to be 1/8 inch above the door and that messed up the clearance needed for the rain guard. Now the door rubs against the rain guard on the hinge side not allowing it to close all the way on its own. September 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product I replaced a storm door with this door. It was easy to install by myself. The directions were easy to follow. The only trouble I had was with attaching the hinge to the door, the photo isn't very clear. The screws for each step are in color coded bags which is very helpful. It took me aproximately 2 hours. I had never hung a storm door before. August 16, 2016
