Customer Questions & Answers

If mounting forward facing do I need a additional bracket or mounting plate? Or does the mailbox mount directly to this

Asked by: nick
Hi Nick, Thanks so much for reaching out to us. The necessity for other accessories will depend on the mailbox you will be installing on the bracket. For use with the Oasis Mailbox, no additional accessories are needed. However, for the Coronado Mailbox, we recommend purchasing the Universal Adapter Plate (item no. 5530) to properly install your mailbox on this bracket. Please feel free to contact us directly by calling us at (310) 374-5700 or by emailing with any further questions.

Will this mount to a wall? to enable a post mailbox be mounted to a wall?

Asked by: beish8
Hello beish8, If you intend to use the bracket to mount a mailbox to a wall make sure it is secured into a stud of the wall. This will assure you have enough strength and stability to support the mailbox when full of mail. Cheers, Chris
