Thank you for your inquiry. Do you have an existing key? If yes, you can special order key blanks (5140) from your local Home Depot store to have additional keys cut. If you do not have a key you will need to special order a lock and key replacement set (5120-2400). Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry. You can attach this model to either wood or plaster. For brick or other masonry walls it is recommended that a plastic anchor (included with mailbox) be used for each hole. The dimensions of the delivery mail slot are 1.6 inches high by 13 inches wide. If you have additional questions regarding item specifications, please contact the manufacturer at 800-464-7491 or Read More

Answer:
All of our mailboxes are designed to be weather resistant. For wall mount mailboxes such as the Lunada, we highly recommend installing the mailbox under a porch, overhang, or awning, especially in areas that experience inclement weather.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 31 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Pistal Box This mail box has a nice design, well made, very sturdy, nice size with a large slot for magazines or small packages. I am very pleased with my purchase. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice heavy duty mailbox! Nice heavy duty mailbox. It may be possible for someone with very small hands to reach into the box but for me that is not a major concern. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by business owner This mailbox was beautiful! The color(was a pristine white)easy to clean with a wet paper towel, extremely sturdy, easy to hang (with assistance) because it's a bit heavy for my petite self. You might want to purchase extra screws, the screws that were sent was not sturdy enough to hold the mailbox. The slit where the mail is dropped is a perfect size for any size mail and magazines for a business. I was worried that intruders would be able to reach in but that was not the case. You can reach in but not far enough down to grab the mail. I liked this mailbox and I would recommend this to a friend. May 29, 2006
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No more excuses No more misplaced mail this will knock out the mailman excuse on how he gave my mail to someone else. May 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really Beautiful, but only kinda secure The mailbox is beautiful and mounted easily onto the side of our house. It's sturdy, and has great capacity. One drag. It's not REALLY all that secure. An adult with what may be described as a pretty normal hand-wrist-forearm arrangement can pretty easily reach into the mailbox through the slot in the top. I did it, and was able to pull mail up and out without unlocking the front. I hope that these manufacturers consider this design flaw and improve these mailboxes in the future. In the meantime, this mailbox serves as enough of a deterrent, and I'm happy with it. October 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice, decent quality, made in China I recently installed a security door and our mail carrier was grumbling that he could no longer access the mail slot in our front door and that we didn't have a proper mail box available externally. I needed to get something right away so I was happy to receive the mail box sooner than I expected. I was really hoping to find a U.S. made product but sure enough, as soon as it arrived I could see "Made in China" printed on the outside of the box. That's why I only gave it four stars and with that in mind, I'm glad I only shelled out the money for the mid-range priced mail box from this company. I have wood siding so I needed to mount some 1x3" blocks in order to center it under my address numbers and have a good flat mounting surface. The box should normally be very easy to mount except that I mounted mine by myself in the dark so it was a challenge to hold it straight, level it and mark the holes. However, once I did that, it was super easy to install. I opted to replace the screws that came with it in favor of some heavier duty screws but I'm sure the original screws work fine. Overall, I'm generally happy with it. It has a nice big opening to fit things like magazines, there's room for plenty of mail, the lock gives some added peace of mind and it showed up in good condition, with no scratches or chips in the paint. This product should serve it's purpose for a good while and I like the appearance. July 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stylish Mail Box Looks great on our house. Good quality but a little on the pricey side. December 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not for Bellflower HOAs! The homeowners loved the individual mailboxes, but the Post Office refused to deliver to them so we had to return them and replace them with a cluster mailbox unit -- which we also bought from Home Depot September 22, 2015
