I have had an older version for several years and like it. The older one has a rubberized hose, where these new ones are a little stiffer and harder to work with while on a ladder. The kit says expandable up to 125 ft but nowhere in the manual or on the Arctic Cove web site are there any instructions on just how to do this. Over the years a few nozzles have needed replacement which is simple enough but the nozzles are NOT carried in the stores. I have had to go online for them. All in all these are nice to have but it would be nice if the company would explain what they advertise, and Home Depot to have nozzles in stock.

I love being outdoors... But living in TX all my life, it isn't conducive to being outside in the late summer months. I bought this last weekend before friends coming over for a cookout and it made sitting outside in 104° so much more bearable. In fact, we ended up sitting outside all afternoon and no one was miserable. It appears well made and durable, and for the price can't be beat. Like a previous reviewer said, unroll it in the sun and pressurize it with the water hose and it makes installing it a snap. I wish the misters themselves were a little more fine but there's not much that can be done about that. Overall an awesome product and can't wait to spend more time outdoors on my patio - in August - something I never thought I would get to do.

Very easy to install, we had this up on our patio porch in less than 30 mins and was enjoying the fine mist and cooler temps on our porch.
Did run into a problem a few weeks later with sprayers putting out took much of stream of mist causing puddles of water. Cleaned unit sprayers and back flushed as told on package but unit is still not working like when we purchased it. I plan to buy another unit and try one more time. The few weeks this unit was working correctly it was outstanding for the price.

Does the job. In the Florida summer heat, this mister makes it comfortable to sit outside. The only complaint is that it makes things pretty wet after a little while. The only way to avoid that is to get a high pressure system costing hundreds of dollars, so this is a great value that does what it is supposed to do. It was easy to install and we were sitting cool in no time.

Product appears to mist quite well. A bit difficult to get all of the misters to align up properly mainly because of coiled up hose. Hose needs to be straightened out before you try to hang it. It would have been nice if all of the mounting rackets were included. Came up 4 backets short. Hard to find 3/8 inch brackets.

Easy to set up and once on, felt like temperature dropped by 10-15 degrees.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dave Easy to set up; works well.
My only complaint is that the mist isn't as fine as it could be. It's hot and dry in Arizona, but the slab of my porch is still getting wet. Also, I wonder how much water I'm wasting (gallons/minute is not provided in the specifications)
As to the positive aspects: This was really easy to set up, as I just ran if off of a hose bib and didn't need to do any piping (just an extender hose). It has 13 nozzles that produce a good amount of area mist. Aiming the misters was my only challenge, so I recommend laying the system out on the ground in the sun and allowing the system to pressurize for a few minutes to allow the hose (which has been coiled up in a box) to relax before hanging it. When hanging it, hold each nozzle in place while you finish driving in the clamps (about 3" on either side of each nozzle), and your hose won't twist and send your nozzles in odd directions.
This system was also a lot cheaper (and much easier) than my original plan of running PVC with mister tees. I pity the fool that uses mister tees. (Do you see what I did there?)
