Answer:
32' total. That's a 10' lead (read:no mist) with 22' feet of evenly dispersed misters. You can extend this length if you buy additional parts.

Answer:
It can be shortened, just take out as many of the 2 foot 3/8" flexible plastic sections that you want, but make sure the last metal piece is in place as meant to be.

Answer:
Yes but you have to have the parts. If you bought two sets you could adjust the parts and make almost 44 feet, but you would have to make a Tee out of one of the parts.

3/8 in. x 22 ft. Misting Kit is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great piece of equipment! I love it! It cooled my patio off by 15 degrees. I've used it for the last several months with no problems. I think the brass nozzles will add greatly to the life of system. My only complaint is similar to that of others. Why the manufacturer fails to include enough hanging clips is beyond me. Asinine.

Arrived on time, in store pick up was quick and easy. All and all Home Depot usually has what I need and if not they will try to get it for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product They work great and easy to install. The only thing I would have liked was for it to give me suggestions as to how high to mount it to avoid huge water spots on my outdoor table. Other than that it worked great

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to set up; works well. My only complaint is that the mist isn't as fine as it could be. It's hot and dry in Arizona, but the slab of my porch is still getting wet. Also, I wonder how much water I'm wasting (gallons/minute is not provided in the specifications) As to the positive aspects: This was really easy to set up, as I just ran if off of a hose bib and didn't need to do any piping (just an extender hose). It has 13 nozzles that produce a good amount of area mist. Aiming the misters was my only challenge, so I recommend laying the system out on the ground in the sun and allowing the system to pressurize for a few minutes to allow the hose (which has been coiled up in a box) to relax before hanging it. When hanging it, hold each nozzle in place while you finish driving in the clamps (about 3" on either side of each nozzle), and your hose won't twist and send your nozzles in odd directions. This system was also a lot cheaper (and much easier) than my original plan of running PVC with mister tees. I pity the fool that uses mister tees. (Do you see what I did there?)
