I've ordered 10/24 nozzles and they're too small, I'm guessing I need 3/16" but this product doesn't specify the thread size.

Answer: 
Flow rate would depend on volume which is determined by the diameter of your pipe running to the nozzle. Most houses have pressure reducing valves that keep water at 70 PSI; anything higher could damage other fixtures. Good news is that if your tapping into your homes water supply you won't need to worry about pressure. Anything above 40 PSI should work fine
