Customer Questions & Answers

How are they charged I do not see any solar panels

Asked by: sfrv
They are charged by exposure to sunlight. The white squares on the tops of the lighted bricks are part solar panel and part light.

How do they hold up in water?

I live in Florida and when it rains, it pours!!! My walkway slopes down to the sidewalk and water tends to collect after a storm. If they become submerged ( usually gone within an hour or so), how do they hold up?

what is the sparpest angel of a connecting brick.,30 degree, 45.ect.

Asked by: lion57
Using the connectors - you can get about a 35-40% angle on one joint. I needed a 90% turn so I just stacked one end lengthwise next to one width wise without using a connector - so that I could make a 90% corner. Looks good.

40 ft. Decorative Plastic Brick Edging with 6 Solar Lighted Bricks is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 113.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from if you water the flowers the solar lights will stop lighting up I bought more than $700 in total, love the look & install on both sides of the drive way & the front yard around my flowers, it looks so good at the beginning but after watered my flowers, a few lights won't light up anymore. So disappointed! I regret that I should test it first before purchasing many boxes. Don't buy the bricks with solar lights!!! And each box only have 2 end covers which provides less flexibility to install. Also I bought 2 solar lights separately it doesn't work! Called customer sevice to return it, they ordered 2 solar lights for me & charged me again & said if they received the return items they will refund again regardless how much I purchased items. Wont buy again!

It took me way longer to pull out the old rusted metal edging than it did to install the new lighted brick edging. And it looks great! Easy prep, easy assembly, and easy installation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 40 FT. DECORATIVE PLASTIC BRICK EDGING WITH 6 SOLAR LIGHTED BRICKS I've had these plastic brick edgers with solar lights for over a year. I am a woman and installed completely by myself so it's not difficult. The bricks have held up well but by month 6 every solar light busted. A few broke from the dog walking over them and the others just broke from weather(rain, sun) I suppose. I believe I ordered around 3 sets. I looked up the solar brick replacements but felt they were a bit expensive. You might could just buy the solar part but I ended up just getting the cheap solar staked lights from walmart and placing them where the solar light went. The light part removes easily from the brick. Other than the solar part breaking these are nice edgers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good but.. I have ordered 4 boxes 40 feets long with solar lights ($72/box), each box only contains 4 solar lights which I have to order more solar lights seperately. & I ordered 3 boxes 20 feets long with 6 solar lights since I have a big yard & needs more lights. The end covers only have 2 in each box which gives less flexibility to install. Love the products & looks really nice in my yard, even ordered approx $800, it worths it!!! It would be better have at least 6 lights in large box and have more end covers. Would someone pls contact me for more end covers since no where to order. Took pictures of my yard after installation & sent to my friends, shared my experience with them, they ordered a few boxes!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick Beautification Problem Solver Product looks good and was easy to assemble and install. Does not look like plastic. I've only had them installed for a few weeks. I was concerned about how the product would fare against rain when it comes to the lights. I've seen a little condensation, but lights continue to work. Look great at night. I plan to buy more. Easy DIY project. Only recommendation would be to add more end caps, especially when you consider framing off multiple edges. Two end caps are not enough considering the quantity of pavers.
