This cart is everything it was made out to be. However, during assembly, I discovered that their needed tool list was somewhat optimistic. Have you ever tried to tighten a nylon lock-nut just using one wrench? Other than that, assembly was quite easy and can be done by one person.

Prompt delivery. Item as advertised. Easy assembly. Works well for what it is designed to do. On the negative side the wheels seem too fragile to handle large loads but so far have held up.

Product is sturdy and well made, Allow at least 3 hours for assembly. That's really the only drawback,

UPS brought it today and assembely went well, wheeled it around to the patio on a hand truck and got the required wrenches/sockets. Directions were clear and well illistrated.
Assembly time less than an hour.
1- included clip pins are really too large for most of their intended use, they fall all the way through rather than stop at the middle hump.
2- I am going to add a couple of washers to the axle and use the above mentioned pins rather than the included hammer on caps so I can service the axle and bushings in the future, will get a couple of smaller pins to fasten the other bits.
3- takes two people to get a couple of bolts started in the bed to frame mounting, and needs the bolts to be hammered into the molded hex in the plastic bed, I nearly twisted one out that was only 1/4 way in as I tightened one of the 1/4-20 bolts that secure the handle, bed brace and tilt latch, had to line it up and tap it back down into the hole. Same would apply to the 3/8 bolts from bed to frame, make sure they are sunk in the plastic hex before and during tightining. If they spin half way down there is little hope of removing the elastic stop nut. Could have either been a flat boss for the screws or had a metal insert molded in to prevent stripout, but for the price!
4- I added six more 1/4 flat washers to the outside of the tube handle to keep from crushing it, they should have been included, but hey I have bags full of quarter inch washers so no extra cost.
5- website says 500# capacity, book that came with says 300# I think 300 pounds is reasonable.
