9 in. 136cc Walk-Behind Gas Edger is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 53.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's an edger Good product. Easy to set up, and adjustments are pretty simple. The fact that the cutting blade doesn't have to spin when the engine is running sold me on this model. My only complaint is that our curbs are higher than standard, so the drop wheel will not be as useful as I had hoped. It would be nice if there were a longer bracket accessory for the drop wheel. Otherwise, it's a fine piece of yard equipment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty worthless Had multiple problems. Was sent on wild goose chase by Arians customer support. Drove to several recommended locations but was told that they would not service unit purchased from Home Depot. Finally, after about 10 uses a gasket broke resulting the spillage of oil into the manifold and onto the ground. This company does NOT stand behind its warranty. Does not even deserve a 1 star rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I worried that this edger was too much money until I took it out of the carton. What a hog it is.... I worried that this edger was too much money until I took it out of the carton. What a hog it is. Heavy steel constructed. The engine started on the first pull. I edged over three hundred feet with eaze. I believe this unit will last for years. I am sorry now that I bought the extended warranty. I don't believe I will ever use it since the quality is incredible. There is only one thing that I would recommend. Move the on off button to the handle. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone needing a high quality edger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unboxed the edger filled with oil and fuel and started... Unboxed the edger filled with oil and fuel and started within a couple of pulls and performed edging with no issues. The tilting head worked great on the curb radius and cut a perfect straight line. I have used it a half a dozen times and have no issues or complaints.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Edger This edger is worth the extra money. It is powerful, cuts crisp clean lines, and starts on the first pull every time. (I did have trouble starting it once, but then I noticed the spark plug had come loose. As soon as I popped it back on, it fired right up.) The one aspect of the edger that I've been disappointed with is the "curb hop" feature. The back tire is easy to adjust... However, because the front tire isn't adjustable, the blade (when engaged) is too far down and the edger ends up riding on the blade gaurd instead of the front tire--at least on the curbs in my neighborhood. Overall though, a great product. I would definitely purchase it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Well-built with some strange design choices This is a solid unit that I'm sure will last me for years. Starts easily and runs smoothly. The engine has plenty of power to get through any edging challenge. Just a few annoyances - 1. Set up for flat ground, the adjustable back wheel is about 5" further back than the other rear wheel. This makes steering/maneuvering more difficult than it should be. 2. That adjustable rear wheel does not go low enough to work on the curbs in my neighborhood, so I have to edge curbs with the edger in the grass. The fact that I can't use this feature makes #1 more frustrating. 3. The on-off switch is in the very front of the engine which is not convenient. I bought this from the website because my local store didn't carry it. I wish I'd been able to test it because I probably would have kept shopping for a different edger due to the annoyances above.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Solid Product This edger is a quality product. Starts easily on the first pull. I edge a long driveway as well as the side walk and curb. So easy to use that I keep on going and do the neighbors as well. Cuts right through the grass and dirt around the flower beds without any problem. It is also surprisingly quiet for the size of the motor. The unit is light enough for one person to pick up and put in the back of a truck (all of your friends will want to borrow it). The product feels rock solid and I expect it will be the last edger that I need to purchase. If I had to add a draw back it would be that when edging the flower beds you cant go as fast because you are rolling on the grass but you still get it done faster and straighter than using a shovel or stick type edger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like a charm! It does what it is supposed to do without even grunting. The only thing I can begrudge it is the oil dipstick on the motor, it's not what I am used to as it sits at a pretty good angle towards level so it leaves a lot of room for oil level guessing. If it was more straight up and down, it would be a no-brainer. The unit is sturdy. The manuals are extensive- which is good for ordering parts down the road if need be. Assembly was a piece of cake too, attach the handle assembly and one rod for the depth adjuster, add oil and gas, and go. Of note also is the ease of adjusting the angle of the blade.
