How can I use snowblower (Airens Pro 32) in wet, heavy snow?

I used this today for 12" fairly wet snow, but not slushy by any means. I had a terrible time. The snow blower kept wanting to ride up the snow, and then it would eventually get stuck with wheels spinning. It took me six passes just to do a short brick walkway. This snow should have been no challenge for this product, yet, I am finding it easier to shovel... is it the product, or am I doing something wrong?
Asked by: Whitney
I would recommend checking the front auger to see if you have a broken shear bolt, and when the snow is that heavy it is best to not to fill the full 32" housing with snow, take about half of that amount to give the unit a chance to work.
