WE will buy an eureka for outdoors our height net is 130.5 inches... we want the 55 in. i believe we will need to buy risers? can you please let us know exactly which and how many?

also we were looking at the 47 inches but when on your website we realized that the first step will have a different angle on the 55 in. than on the 47 inches... we need the first step to be perpendicular ( or as close as possible to perpendicular).to the deck upstairs where the landing attaches...
is the online design accurate on the way it shows the angle of the first step?

Hello, my application has a low sloping ceiling height upon taking the first step down a staircase, therefore, the first step would need to be "down", not "out" onto a platform. Would this staircase work using the second level landing as the "top step". Thus allowing the first step down to be onto one of the treads of the spiral kit? thanks, Larry

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase The finished product is beautiful. We hired a young professional that had never assembled/installed anything like this before. All pieces were included, which is always helpful. The instructions could have been simplified and more clear, but it did come together nicely. Took 2 people several days. The best way to install the handrail is on a warm day, using the sun to heat if it is available, rather than the blow torch that was recommended. It has only been assembled/installed since yesterday, so cannot comment on it's long-term durability. We are very pleased with the end product and would definitely recommend. May 22, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great product This is a very good looking staircase for the price. actually half price than iron cast spiral case....it is not hard to install although it takes a whole day...everything fits great . it is a little bit wobbly though...as there is only a center pole and one attachment to the deck...but it looks great ! and does the job! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Below average There were many missing parts, damaged hand rail. Very difficult set up if not putting against a flat wall. Not as stable as it should be. Still waiting on parts that were not in the order over 10 ago. September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great buy! Excellent quality and design. I don't think it can be installed by one person in one day though. I would say two people and two days. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I liked the stairs I think for the price these stairs are a very good quality. Was a little tricky to put together. Had to watch the video a few times. Only problem I had was there was a gap between the top of the rail on the platform and the rail I had to add to keep anyone from falling down hole. Maybe I did something wrong but we fixed it by adding to the railing at the top. July 29, 2012
