Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Product is acceptable. Sort of These wraps are not fully cut. Only the top layer of foam is scored. That means you have to finish opening them yourself. Which takes time. On probably 50% of the wraps, the score is so shallow, that when I went to open them fully, they tear line went off to the side. This left a jagged tear. By holding the piece between my knees and using both thumbs to open, it seemed to work out all right. I believe this product will work and my pipes won't freeze, but it left something to be desired over the fully cut ones. Cheap though... October 1, 2013
