Yes, Home Depot sells rubber pipe insulation fittings: HPF11812EL2 and HPF11812TEE are the Model #s for this size insulation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install The insulation is easy to install with the self adhesive band and easy to cut with a very sharp knife or box cutter. This product is the only one I could find with the required R3+ rating.
