Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TheDad It is a little on the thin side.
All other reviews of this product are accurate in my opinion. Use this only on a flat concrete surface since all irregularities in the floor will show right through the vinyl. Being thin made it easier for me to learn how to lay down vinyl sheet. The look is great, and people complimented me on the new bathroom floor the next day. I love it (while it lasts anyways.)
Before you lay down vinyl sheet: 1) clean the surface really well, removing the old glue, dirt, splinters 2) fill in all gaps and cracks with the right filler material for the job 3) screw down the wood plywood a lot in order to make it solid and to stop squeaks, and 4) double your time estimate because it always takes longer than you imagine. Good luck campers!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by retrokitchen Nice pattern, very poor quality
I am currently trying to replace this flooring in my kitchen hallway. I chose the floor for the pattern. It does not hold up very well at all, stains easily, and tears easily. Unfortunately, if you want a white/black pattern, you have very few choices. Floor manufacturers are discontinuing all bl/wh vinyl sheet/tile for the beige/stone look. All the bl/wh options not discontinued are warrantied for 5yrs or less (this Sheffley is 1 yr! -which says it all). I've scanned all websites and talked with flooring stores, and they tell me to wait 5 yrs before the bl/wh will be available.... I've emailed Armstrong asking for bl/wh vinyl sheet --without success. I will have to select a floor that is better quality, but not aesthetically attractive.

I love the pattern, but as a previous reviewer said, it's cheap.
within a year there are several small nicks and gouges on the kitchen floor. there's no furniture that's scooted around in there except for a small step-stool with rubber covered feet so it's not as if it gets a lot of wear.
also, this flooring has no resistance to mold stains. I'm *assuming* it's mold. there are light black areas on the floor around the edges of the bathtub where water might drip, and a similar area next to the sink. same thing in the kitchen where the pet bowls are. I've tried scrubbing the stains with bleach, but they won't come up.
this item is warranteed for a year, but unless you plan to replace it every year, I'd opt for a different product.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nancy114 You Get What You Pay For
The saying is true. This is a low end flooring for a low end price. If you choose this flooring, make sure that the floor its self is flat and no cracks as this is very thin flooring and will settle into any groove and obvious to the eye. This flooring tears easily while trying to lay it. I would not use it in a high traffic area and I would not try to lay this flooring if the area isn't square because it will rip if you cant lay it out flat.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nicole Don`t use it for flooring!
Use it as a flooring for the rabbit run in the garage - fantastic for that! Wouldn`t use it for in-house flooring!

This stuff is a total waste of money. It is way too thin to provide any kind of decent flooring. Don't make the same mistake I did by buying it.

Its the cheapest sheet vinyl this store sells. That says it all. Total thickness is only 45 mil,and 80% of that is paper backing.Spend a bit more money and go with a better product.

I purchased the the Royelle Vinyl Flooring by Armstrong
for my kitchen floor. The design was perfect, however
the quality of the vinyl floor was not what I expected.
I know it was inexpensive but I was shocked by how it
tore as it was being laid. I will be replacing this soon.
