Answer:
I think you need to be aware that some tiles need to be cut, and you will only have two sides of that tile with a factory straight edge ( necessary for joining them) measure and claculate your square footage ( length x width of each rectangle) BUT remember this joining issue!! So err on the side of buying too many. They can be used as replacement, covering an under sink area or a table, etc.

Usually the boxes come with about 30 to 40 tiles so you would need at least 3 boxes.

I did not do so, but if the other flooring were even and clean I don't see why not. It glues down nicely.

Answer:
We did not use grout. If it were in a main room, it may look more professional to grout it, but placing them close together is a nice look ( which we did)

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gorgeous flooring. Did a hallway where laminate had been water damaged. Easy to use. Down a month now in a short term rental space and no complaints. Even if spots got scuffed, etc., the color pattern would allow for easy "touch up" that would be unnoticeable. October 25, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful but starts to peel..... Well I loved this tile when I first put it down in my kitchen and dining room but after a year the color started coming off in high traffic area's. It is white spots all over in various area's on the floors. I would not recommend these as someone else said unless you change your flooring yearly which I didn't plan on but I am now looking for something that doesn't fade so fast. September 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst flooring ever I purchased this flooring 3 years ago, and mind you, it's very beautiful...however, the face of the flooring is peeling off, bubbling, on and off high traffic areas. My husband and I are the only two that live in our home and the flooring isn't overused. I was tickled when I first put it down, but within the first year it began the peeling. I wouldn't recommend this unless you change flooring once a year. May 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice tiles, some damage when received We like these tiles a lot. They are durable and attractive. However, some of the boxes were dented and broken during shipping or storage, which led to 7 tiles with broken corners or edges. None were too damaged to use for areas that needed trimming such as at doorways, but it was irritating. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great This tile went down easy and looks great, we got a 30x30 room down in about three hours , the colors look perfect with my color scheme in the room. April 26, 2016
